It was a lovely stay as we journeyed up I-5!

We loved the dining room, the bistro sets outside each room, and the breakfast where you are served at your table!

Cozy.

I liked the fact the reception left my room key on the door of the office for my late arrival to their site. I appreciated also the fact they had turned on the light and heat prior their departure from the office, so the room was comfortably warm when I entered late at night. This helped me to feel well-cared for and valued as a customer. The extra lighting on the step up in to the bathroom was a good safety feature. I thought initially, I might not be able to sleep with this much light on in the room, but I think I left it on. I appreciated the black wash cloths for makeup removal.

I did not like the fact there was multiple hairs in the tub/shower, which were not my own. They did wash away with my shower the next morning, but it did not feel super clean when I took my hot water bath in the evening before bed. I also did not like the fact the half table for sitting to eat or have coffee had an oily surface so when I laid my coat on the table, it left a dry looking area on the table when I pick up my coat, which means my coat was absorbing oil from the little table. I think this table surface would be better preserved and easier to be disinfected between guests if there was a glass top on it much like the office desk, this is just a recommendation. I also noticed some bugs which fell down on the counter by the sink from the skylight overhead and in the morning when I could see well, it appeared the skylight recess really needs to be cleaned out, at least probably every six months or quarterly, depending on how fast the bugs and dust move in.

cute and comfy stay

It was nice to be able to have our dog with us and park right at the front door of the room. Also the wine tasting in the evening and waffle breakfast was a plus!

we did have to wait a little for breakfast because there was only one person making food, but it was only about 10 minutes

nice setting, friendly helpful staff, very clean room, dog friendly, and a little glass of wine at check in. Mexican Restaurant next to property was very good too.

Lovely place in a great location

It was a very spacious and clean room. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great! Cool to enjoy a little wine too the evening we got there.

The bed and pillow were a little firm for us.

Disappointing

The breakfast was nice. There is a beer garden and nice restaurant across the street.

The room was not as pictured. It was outdated especially in the bathroom. It didn't have a view. It had a very old wall AC that was loud. Housekeeping didn't service room until the day of check out, after a 3-night stay. Outdoor patio furniture was always wet under their sprinkling system. Patio table was never wiped during my entire stay.

Everything would've been great if not for the very rude lady who checked me in.

Good location. Beautiful view of the mountain. The lady who works mornings and manages breakfast is very nice.

The lady who checked me in (around early evening time) was incredibly rude. From the moment I literally walked through the door, she made me feel unwelcomed. I don't know if she was having a bad day or something, but she works in hospitality. At the very least, you shouldn't be glaring and heaving sighs at your guests! I suspect it may have been because I'm not of a certain pale complexion, but I can't say for sure. In any case, her behavior was unacceptable.

Obviously soiled linens, damp towels, no soap, shampoo or toiletries. Looks like room was not cleaned between guests. I asked the staff to change the bed linens and for fresh towels, but was told there was no staff available to do it. I asked for the clean linens and said I would do it myself - and I did.

Beautiful room, super clean, AMAZING staff, and was the perfect choice for my trip!!!! I ended up staying an extra night because it was so enjoyable!!!
