exceptionnellement dépaysant

Je pense que ce séjour restera mon numéro un. incroyable découverte ! Je n’ai strictement rien à redire. Emplacement en pleine médina, accueil incroyable on se sent directement à la maison. Les équipements, la propreté, le service, mais que dire ! PARFAIT !!!! Un énorme merci à tous le personnel du Riad, Samir, Laila, Moustafa et Ebrayme ! Vous avez rendu ce séjour mémorable. On s’est senti en famille ! Vous venez de devenir Mon nouveau pied-a-terre à Marrakech !

Excecional

À chegada fomos recebidos pelo Samir (funcionário gerente do riad) que nos recebeu de uma forma bastante familiar e com um chá típico de boas vindas. Sempre com a sua simpatia, disponiblidade e preocupação em querer proporcionar uma boa estadia, disponibilizou-nos logo o seu contacto para poder partilhar várias sugestões para a nossa estadia em Marraquech, e poder-nos ajudar no que precisassemos, sendo sempre muito prestável em esclarecer qualquer dúvida. Tambem gostei imenso da zona onde o riad está localizado, encontrando-se bem situado no centro da medina e numa rua segura e de fácil acesso, perto do Jardim Secreto (cerca de 2min a pé) e da praça central Jemma El-Fnaa (cerca de 5 min a pé). O pequeno almoço tipico era muito bom e de optima qualidade, gostámos imenso. Ficámos no ultimo piso, junto ao rooftop, num quarto espaçoso, com uma cama dupla muito confortável e WC grande.

Apesar de terem sempre disponivel chá ou água para beber, é pena não existir um servico de restaurante/bar para proporcionar alguma refeição ou algo para comer. Apenas têm refeições por encomenda com antecedência. De resto nada a apontar.

Lovely Staff!

The room was really spacious, we booked a triple with single beds, the pillows were very comfy. the room was right in the middle of the souks but was so quiet (although we didnt spend alot of time there as we were out and about) the hotel itself seemed quiet (maybe it was time of year) the staff were always on hand and were so so nice, would have been even more beautiful during warmer weather im sure. the staff were so nice the breakfast was really delicious and filling.

You dont have immediate access to get inside the property you have to knock on the door and wait for them to let you in and it made me feel really bad waking up the nightshift as we were leaving relatively early in the morning for trips and having dinner early (which they were really accommodating with) or getting back later after dinner

Amazing riad atmosphere and people

Just perfect! The riad is incredibly beautiful and has amazing character and architecture. It has the perfect location in the medina. Big thanks to the staff, that made us feel like home and assisted with everything we needed.

Friendly staff, great location

Both the staff are amazing, they arranged special requests for my partners birthday, even came to the door with a cake and sang her happy birthday 🎂 The breakfast is great. Location is amazing. The staff will more than likely do whatever you ask and also pick you up from the main street to walk you to the beautiful riad.

Memorable trip, in a superb location, with some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.

Everything was fantastic which made this a very memorable trip. Samir and the staff at the Riad ensured we had a great stay, with fantastic service, recommendations, and advice. Their breakfast within the courtyard in the morning was incredible - having staying at many 5* hotels around the world, we wanted to stay somewhere authentic for this trip, and it did not disappoint. Great location, and importantly we were made to feel very welcome.

Ottimo soggiorno al riad Il Parco dei Principi

Ottima posizione, staff gentile e sempre disponibile, struttura tipica molto affascinante. Molto gradita la presenza del bidet :) Materasso e cuscini perfetti. Lo consiglio.

La nostra stanza di fianco alla piscina era parecchio umida, abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte.

Fantastic, peaceful and memorable.

The staff were the very best thing about our stay! The sweetest and most helpful people. I especially want to thank Moustafa and Samir! The most humble, sweet and helpful people. A great team that makes you feel at home. That's why we enjoyed our stay at the Riad so much thanks to these guys. Talking about our stay in Marrakech, we agree that the best part of our trip was the breakfast at the Riad and the lovely people from Marrakech we met during our trip. The same goes for all the staff at the riad. I am eternally grateful to them and wish them all the best forever. They made our trip to Marrakech an memorable journey for us.

Excellent stay/service

It was an absolute delight staying at this Riad and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Prior to arriving we were worried that Marrakesh had been badly affected by the recent earthquake, so we were hesitant about travelling incase we would be a nuisance if rescue/re-building efforts were ongoing. However the Riad staff assured us prior to arrival that Marrakesh was largely unaffected- which was 100% correct (we just didn’t visit the Atlas Mountains). The bedrooms and communal areas were beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. The staff were so warm and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make the visit more enjoyable. Lastly the location of the Riad was fantastic as we could get into the heart of city on foot within 5 minutes.

Fantastic stay in the middle of the Medina!

Marrakech is amazing and staying at this road made it even better. We will be back 😔

- It was very central (inside the Medina) but in a quiet place. - It was easy to get there - The staff was amazing and always ready to help. Samir was always available to support us (even before our stay started) and always worried about our well being. No matter the time of the day he was always there to help us, making sure everything was good for us. The other workers at the riad were also amazing with an excellent service. - Breakfast and dinner were also very good

Fantastic stay!

The service was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The riad is 5mins walk from the main place (Jeema El-Fna), a fantastic stay in the heart of the Medina.

Suffered from wear and tear (windows and doors) but nothing bad enough to spoil the experience. Lighting in the bathroom could be improved.

Such a memorable stay!

The staff was friendly, kind..just amazing from day one. Leila’s breakfast was delicious. The Riad’s location is safe, very short distance from the square and the main road, but it’s also very quite insiste which I was quite surprised about. The rooms design was very unique, my mum and I absolutely loved our stay here. I definitely recommend!

The best place for your stay in Marrakesh

This riad is a beautiful place combining typical Moroccan style and modern day comfort. The breakfast was both delicious and very instagramable:) The pool was always there to our daughter’s joy! Everything was great, but the best were the people: Semir, Mustafa, Leila, Ibrahim - they were so kind and open with helpful tips and a tray if tea ❤️ Sharing their hospitality and also bits of their life with us 🙏🏼

Amazing staff and perfect location.

The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable, going the extra mile to help us with our stay and organise our trip. We felt very safe in the Riad. Beautifully restored Riad which is very quiet and peaceful despite the prime location in the middle of the Medina.
