The hotel is situated in the heart of the city with easy access to everywhere in Marrakech and beyond.
It’s just a few minutes drive from the train station and also easy to get taxis just in front of the hotel.
Medina Square is like 5 mins drive from the hotel. And for those who love to walk, it’s just 20 mins walk.
There were some irritating flying insects in the restaurant during breakfast. The hotel should install insect catchers around the restaurant area.

Some staff rude at reception (wait time and greeting response to acknowledge the guests waiting - staff was chitchatting until I had to raise my voice! But they made it up by upgrading me without asking so nice save); variety and quality of the menu (some items not available on the menu and low quality), breakfast was chaotic one one day (rush hour and staff looked overwhelmed), not enough seats. Only shower gel in very very small quantity, room for 2 but accommodation for 1 (no shampoo or conditioner - the housekeeper never came despite asking the front desk); electricity gone in some parts of the room, WC flush issue

Room did the job and was very functional and spacious, bed was comfy and it's a great location.
The room smelled a bit weird and of food when I got there?! The room service people didn't pick up the phone and the food was only OK.
