Great location, in the lovely Hivernage district.
Big hotel with facilities.
Lovely pools. Balcony was great overlooking the pools.
Staff weren’t amazingly friendly.
Door staff did not smile when entering hotel.
The pool staff would reserve beds by the pool in the morning and these would not be used for at least 4-5 hours. I don’t know why they continuously would do this. This is extremely poor behaviour as there would then not be enough beds around the pool for all guests and the staff did not keep on top of this.
Breakfast became very samey every day. There was no variation.
