We had the best experience at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit.
A special mention goes to the breakfast buffet staff, who were very service-minded, attentive, and always made eye contact with a warm and welcoming attitude. In particular, Imad, Iman who was serving Moroccan tea, stood out with his kindness and friendly personality. His warm and genuine way of welcoming guests really made a difference and added something special to our mornings.
We also felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. We were able to leave our gold jewelry and other valuable belongings in our room without any concerns. The housekeeping staff were trustworthy and went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean and well taken care of.
My husband and I are both extremely satisfied with our stay, and we would happily return again. The location was absolutely exceptional as well, making it very convenient to enjoy the area.
Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back

Location
Many issues occurred the safe wasn’t working , the bath tab and the sink clogged, house keeping were laid each morning since their starting location was against the wall of my room. Very annoying and asked politely almost every day but no change. Unfortunately this time wasn’t as great as I expected. I would not go there next time
