Hotel stag is so nice, location also is perfect. However no privacy in the room no door for toilet, and need kind of pest control there was some ants in the room
Some water issues sometimes came too hot not controllable

We had a one bedroom suite, which was reasonably spacious, but not as good as I was expecting for the price. The location is close to the Palais des Congrès.
1: When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. It took quite some time for housekeeping staff to bring us some.
2: There was bottled water supplied when we arrived, but we were surprised to find out that this was for arrival only - no more was supplied on subsequent days. Also, the water bottles were impossible to fit into the tiny fridge.
3: There was a kitchenette, but it had vey few kitchen-related items, so was barely useful at all.
4: We used express checkout. After returning home, I messaged the hotel twice asking for an itemised receipt/invoice, but never received one.
5: The facilities and service didn't match the high price.

Was a good location and had nice rooms
The service was terrible, I called non stop on the phone for assistance no one ever replied. When I needed help with toilet and shower facilities it took them hours to come. I had to always travel from the top floor to reception if I needed anything done. Rooms were cleaned no towels were left.
