Absolutely fabulous stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service from the friendly and attentive staff. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended

Amazing property filled with art, style, and nature, we really enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. The staff was amazing, everybody extremely professional and welcoming. The hotel manager is amazing, she greeted us and gave us a nice hotel tour. I cannot be more happy about the whole experience. Highly recommended to all my fellow travelers friends. Oh I forgot!…. The location was very good too, they have parking and and phenomenal really special gourmet quality breakfast included

Staff: All staff that we encountered greeted us with warmth, sincerity and went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. Never have we experienced such great level of service from hotel staff before. They all should be fully commended and are a great valuable asset to your company. These are the names of SOME of the staff that I can recall however there were others too. Nadja and Lahsen (Guest relations), Mohammed (chaperone/front of house greeter, Masha Allah he was dressed very smart in the Cultural Moroccan attire!).
that we had to return home! We would have loved to have stayed much longer but unfortunately we have personal commitments at home. Had our personal circumstances permitted we would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be using this hotel at our next visit to Marrakesh.

The Decor
No air conditioning in the room they put us in the building next to the pool. All we could hear was children screaming. Kept being asked where we African or Jamaican (highly offensive)! And the waiter Yousef got aggravated that we didn’t understand him. It was nice but I would not stay again.
