Great location with walking distance to Menara Mall & M Avenue where you can find a lot of food spots etc. Area outside hotel is well developed. Good Breakfast Buffet. Good size rooms. The downstairs lobby is nice and also has a large traditional Moroccan style sitting area to relax.
I feel like the rooms are a bit dated and could do with a spruce up to make it modern. The hallways on each floor leading up to the rooms are dark not well lit up and carpet could do with a change. Definitely not a 5* hotel but a good 4 star. If money was spent to do up all the rooms and hallway etc, I could see the potential. It was maybe a 5 star when it first opened.

A tired in places, but nothing major and still a nice hotel.

The lobby was beautiful. Pool and bedroom was a great size. Staff were friendly but service very poor outside of the breakfast room.
Service for the lobby for drinks or food was appalling. Service overall besides the dining room for breakfast was appalling.
