Clean room , nice breakfast, beautiful pool and view . Staff were slow when in breakfast . Had to ask for a spoon and glass of orange juice 3 times and still didn’t get it . Had to get up and go and get a drink myself . Room service was good nice and clean .

Many staff were not friendly while others were, could be a culture clash. Rooms were amazing and air cond. worked well. Gym is top of the line. Spa was ok, nothing extraordinary but for the rate it suffices. Breakfast is amazing! Pool hours are limited.

Location good. Construction noice. You hear it by the main pool but nothing crazy. I did feel like walking around and under the scaffolding to get to the main lobby, at times, felt unsafe with people and cranes working above.
The staff, need some customer service training except for Naoufal. He works the front by the luggage. I have no specific complaint about anyone. Only to say. When you show up to get exchange, no one is there. The front desk. They just carry on their chat in front of you and no one acknowledges that you have been standing there for 5 min trying to ask a question. The phone service, they transfer you everywhere and tell you someone will call you back and never do. They tell you breakfast is till 11. Got there at 10:30 one morning and everything had been pulled away.
Breakfast was fantastic though. The place was well kept. Beds were comfortable and the room was not old or dated.
I would stay there again, I think. But if those things would ruin your stay … pick another place.
