I would have to say I was a bit disappointed. Staying at a CR7 property, I expected more from the property itself — not the staff, who were excellent throughout my stay. Below is a quick recap of the pros and cons.
Pros:
• Great location in an upscale neighborhood
• Staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional
• Spacious rooms
• Comfortable beds and pillows
• Great restaurants and cafés nearby — Café % Arabica was my favorite
• Pool area was nice and well maintained
Cons:
• Pool closes early at 6:30 PM
• The property itself did not feel particularly well maintained. At times, it felt more like a Vegas-style property — more hype than attention to guest experience and details
• Only one small trash can in the room
• Food and drinks were a bit overpriced for the quality
• Shampoo and body wash were below average
• Limited in-room TV entertainment. No movie app options if you want to relax in during the morning or evening
