Service was excellent. Outdoor area was beautiful and gave more of a boutique feel compared to a larger resort.
Some aspects of the room were a bit worn. But overall it was very spacious and I particularly liked the balcony area.

Lovely room, modern and quintessentially Moroccan. Fresh flowers in the room was a lovely touch.
Friendly staff, good AC which helped given highs of 38 C during our stay.
Lift wasn't working during our stay, but we received assistance getting our bags up and down the stairs.

Exceptional property offering an oasis of calm considering it close location to vibrant Medina. No request was a tall ask, staffed by professional, courteous and very knowledgeable people at every level. Their advice was most valuable to explore Morocco not just Marrakesh, excellent organisational skills ,Shining beacon of the hospitality industry.

Wonderful riad with wonderful friendly staff. The decoration all around is exceptional and the food is awesome. We loved the riad and the hospitality of the whole team. Thank you!
