A lovely, safe stay in a secluded paradise

The staff were kind, helpful and friendly, and took the time to remember my name. They were always on hand to say hello or give recommendations which helped me feel safe and looked after; important as a woman travelling alone in Morocco. I loved the abundance of plants and overall design of the riad and can happily say it was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay in Marrakech.

The location was a little hard to find but that is true of any riad located in the medina.

A stay in Paradise

The room was cosy, the bathroom was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast was very generous, with fresh fruit and yoghurt, eggs and a few choices of bread. The staff was incredibly kind and came to pick us ip from the Main Street as we were not sure how to find the Riad. We were also allowed to use the terrace after checking out as our flight was in the evening. Make sure to have lunch in the Riad, as it was incredible

One of the best accomodations I’ve ever stayed 5*

Amazing staff, perfectly placed in Marrakech on a quiet street away from the noisy streets of the Medina. The riad is amazing, I’ve travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels and this surpassed my expectations. The hotel has a great smell, like you’re in a day spa. The breakfasts are amazing, including pancakes, muesli, eggs, coffee, traditional tea, orange juice. The rooms are decorated really well and spacious. The pool area is very zen and we got a couples mammam scrub and massage in the riad which was amazing and good value for value. They even helped us do a load of washing complimentary which was a lifesaver. The staff helped us with organising taxis and giving tips on how to navigate your time in the city. I would 1000% recommend this hotel as the entire experience was 5star and really hope that people see this so they can experience it for themselves.

Absolutely nothing, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

The riad is beautifully decorated and our room was so cozy. Everything is very clean and smells good. Also the breakfast was really good. It was our favorite lodging from the trip.

I wouldn't recommend the dinner. It wasn't bad but also not great.

The location is really good, you can reach too many places by walking which is good. Staff was really helpful about everything and they were so friendly as well. The hotel ambiance is very nice. Try to spend time in the terrace it’s amazing.

Amazing place, relaxing and peaceful.

Riad l'Oiseau du Paradis is amazing, the architecture and the rooms are beautiful and relaxing. The terrace is perfect to see the sunset and the sunrise. The staff is kind and available to meet our requests. I highly recommend.

Nice ambience and value for money

Exceptional service and staff. Very nice ambience in the Riad, great design taste with care to the details and nice breakfast. Definitely a value for money for a comfortable stay.

We stayed only for one night and we arrived after the sunset- the area looked a bit shady from the taxi and until we reach the hotel ( 200 meters ). Finally, we stayed in the ground floor and we could hear everything. From the cutleries, to the clock alarms of the other rooms and their toilet. Bejng sensitive to sounds,you’ll need soundproof earplugs.

room is small found it difficult to manage my luggage in a very limited space food menu is limited the location is a bit annoying you have to go through weird small alleys to reach to the location

A beautiful oasis in the center of the city

The riad was a sweet oasis in Marrakesh. Beautiful interiors and design. A nice relaxing place to escape the heat, read a book or dip in the pool. We enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard and enjoyed some sun on the terrace. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you for a lovely stay. We'll definitely repeat.

Perfect stay. Comfortable, convenient and charming staff.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The place was beautiful. Great breakfast.

We had to prove we had paid twice, rather than them confirming the payment on receipt and having a system so that they all knew we had paid.The woman who appeared to be ‘in charge’ was less helpful. We asked where we should arrange to meet our taxi and she said she could not help as it had not been booked by them but with booking.com Later the lovely staff volunteered to help us without us asking!

Very good

This Riad, located in La Medina and very close to restaurants and shops is the perfect choice for someone that wants to enjoy Marrakesh without stress. the room looks exactly like the pictures on the website, very clean and cozy. Breakfast and dinner there were increasingly delicious and the stuff ready to help and answer all our questions. we also took advantage of the spa service and it was super relaxing and amazing. No bad things to report :) we really enjoyed the stay. really recommended

Outstanding service, amazing location, stunningly beautiful Riad

From the minute we reached the Riad, we were blown away by the warm welcome and how accommodating Samir and the staff at the Riad were. The Riad itself was absolutely stunning and immaculately clean. Beautiful rooftop with a panoramic view of Marrakech. The pool was heated and so relaxing. Location of Riad was one of the best we had seen, 5 minutes from the Medina and felt very safe. The standout for us here is Samir and the team, they could not have done more for us, have never been treated so well on a trip before. We cannot wait to return and will be recommending to everyone we know.

Exceptional service , Gorgeous Riad in a central location.

The staff in the Riad were amazing! They were so welcoming and couldn't have done more for us! The location was fantastic, just a 5 minute walk from the medina. The Riad itself was beautiful . A gorgeous pool in the centre and comfy beds. It was very clean. I would highly recommend this Riad. Made our experience of Morocco even more special.

Excellent breakfast (yoghurt, fruit, eggs, bread, fresh jush etc etc.) Very nice and helpful people When you step in it is an oasis of silence

A little piece of paradise!

This riad is quite possibly one of the most beautiful places that we’ve ever stayed (and that is coming from two friends that have travelled the world)! All of the staff were so attentive & polite, providing 5* service from day one. A true hidden gem!

Great Riad in the Medina of Marrakech.

Good position in a quieter area in the Medina (about 10 min walking from the main square Jeem El Fnaa). Great staff, always ready to help . Breakfast was also very good and abundant It’s a great experience with a lovely, beautiful court where to spend spare time and relax. Also great dinner with beers/wine upon request

Even though they say the breakfast starts at 8am, if you arrive at this time there won’t be any food ready at this time, which can be a problem if you have a day tour booked since you will have to leave around 8:30/9am. it was a issue and we barely could eat before leave.
