Die Bilder sind falsch auf Booking, keine Aussicht, nur Strassenlärm. Lage zum Meer ist super.

Die Rezeption bestätigte, dass es bei booking nur zwei Appartements gibt, beide an bzw. in der Autogarage und ohne Aussicht. Die Rezeption bestätigte, dass die Bilder falsch sind auf Booking.com. Die Fotos sind offensichtlich von anderen Apartments auf dem Gelände. Es gibt oft Beschwerden. Das Appartement 257 ist im Erdgeschoss in einer Autogarage mit Blick auf die Rampe zur Garage und den Highway No 1 und zugehörigem Straßenverkehr.

We’ll definitely go back and stay again.
Room is big. Very clean. 💯 the location! Restaurants and beach are within walking distance. We love that we can just walk to almost all the places we wanted to go to!
My husband called the front desk and left a message and requested 2 additional pillows (they only have 2 pillows in the room) and they never showed up😣

Great location, but that’s about it.
The only thing we really found redeeming of this property was the location. Amazing location. Right across from Heisler Park. Laguna Trolley picks up right down the street. We went to Laguna Beach with the goal of walking around, so it suited us well.
It wasn’t clear that there was a Murphy bed, so that was a surprise. The heater was broken and when we got there the room was freezing. When we asked for extra blankets we were told we only get two. There was a hole in the wall where the plumbing went into the bathroom, and we heard it loud and clear whenever our upstairs neighbors flushed the toilet. We weren’t in the room during the day, but from 4:30am to 9:30am they were using the bathroom very frequently and it kept us up. Also the pool was out of service and we would’ve liked to know that before booking. There were some real nice days where getting in the pool would’ve been pleasant. I would look into this place a little more before booking.

A perfect stay at Laguna Shores! Perfect experience for a long weekend stay at Laguna Beach!
We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Laguna Shores. We checked in late & after-hours, and the instructions on getting into our room were perfect. Furthermore, the location of the property is directly next to Heisler Park and was amazingly convenient overall. The room itself was clean, the ideal size, and overall just relaxing & nice. We couldn't have asked for anything more and had the perfect time.
We can't think of a single thing that we didn't like. The stay was fantastic.
