Beautiful resort in a quiet location close to Ubud, friendly staff, varied à la carte breakfast menu, afternoon tea, delicious cocktails, all the food at Deeva (on-site restaurant) is 👌🏼

Definitely one of the most beautiful properties I have been to in all my travels. The spa flower bath alone is incredible and worth the stay. The yoga studio is stunning. Our room was massive. Breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommend this place.

Location is great and they offer shuttle every 2 hours (1 hour would be better). Pool and breakfast is good value. Attentive staff try to do their best especially at the breakfast.
The current Internet speed is completely inadequate and unreliable for work purposes. Despite multiple complaints, the only action taken was a router replacement, which failed to resolve the issue. Furthermore, management did not follow up to verify if the connection speed had actually improved. Reliable internet is critical for travellers, and this requires immediate escalation and a permanent solution.
We had ants in our room and had to call room service multiple times to spray ant control. There were multiple lizards in the balcony as well. Their spa is mediocre and staff doesn't encourage its use.
