Nicht zu empfehlen!

Richtig gut war das Frühstück, große Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Auch der Frühstücksraum war schön und gemütlich gestaltet. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber der Rest....

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind heruntergekommen, alles veraltet. Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude, doch es war sehr laut, da sehr nah am Highway. Haben dann gewechselt in das Nebengebäude. War auch nicht viel besser, sehr muffig, man kann überhaupt nicht lüften, sehr hellhörig. Kleine Räume. Und sehr laut. Im Nachbarzimmer lief der Fernseher die ganze Nacht in einer extremen Lautstärke. Die Türen auf dem Flur knallen die ganze Zeit und generell viel Lärm. Hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, würden wir nicht wieder buchen, zudem es total überteuert ist, für das was einem geboten wird.

Love the location of the hotel

The pool needs more attention plenty of iguanas and the cleaning staffs needs to be more toon in understanding . Spent 3 days and my room wasn’t clean once no sign was placed and I never told them not to

Staff was friendly and the sun did not disappoint!

Pool is always good! We enjoyed the breakfast sandwich every morning. The tropical foliage is always nice around the property.

The hotel rooms are tired and worn. Repairs and updates need to be addressed. All carpet in rooms should be removed. Doors to rooms need to be replaced or rehung. The iguana population around the property has grown exponentially and their droppings around the pool are very unsanitary.

The pool and the bar and the location the tropical garden the large parking lot also liked the rocking chairs at the door

We booked a room with 1 King Size Bed. They only had 2 Queen Beds. Should get what we asked for! It was confirmed as 1 King Bed.

Consider other properties!

The pool facilities and pool side bar were nice!

Rooms need updating and were not as clean as they should be. Baseboards in bathroom area were probably never cleaned. Bathroom fixtures were old and not working properly. Cleaning staff barged into the room before 9 am- “arent you checking out?” No I am still in bed-bad,bad,bad!!! Reception staff at check in not very friendly but knew her job and rushed through going over the hotel information. I asked if we could get a room not facing the parking lot - response “thats what you paid for” wow! at 370 usd per night and that didnt even include breakfast! Booking.com gets the bottom of the barrel for rooms!!!

Value for money

Pool surroundings was excellent ,value for money ,walking distance to sunset point and bars .Room size and car park was great

No one to take the bags to the room ,we had to drag them to 1st floor ,breakfast very basic .

It was adequate as a stopover on way to Key West, but was expensive for what it was.

The pool area was very good, plenty of loungers, umbrellas etc.

The reception staff were rather sour faced. Security guard at pool was downright rude.
