THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL .mANAGER ALSO VERY HELPFUL WHEN AIR CONDITIONG WENT OUT AND WAS PROVIDED ANOTHER APT. TO STAY IN.
ALL AROUND PROPERTY THINGS WERENT UP TO MY EXPECTIONS. ELEVATORS NOT WORKING WAS ALSO A PROBLEM.

Nice room in a beautiful setting. The staff were great: I booked the wrong nights, and the staff were able to find us a room and correct my mistake. I am very grateful.
The property will be much improved when the renovation is complete.

Nice location, on paper the list of facilities is great. The reality is different.
Tired decor, very dated. Felt like we’d checked in to 1978.
