Heaven on earth

From the moment we arrived, the concierge team took care of our luggage even before we got out of the taxi. So prompt! We were escorted in, given warm towels and a refreshing drink while we waited for check in. You instantly feel more relaxed after a long trip. We were checked in by Taimoor who provided an exceptional service to us, helped us check in a lot earlier and was a real pleasure to deal with overall. We were so grateful to him for sorting us out so quickly. The hotel itself is stunning. The pool area, the private beach and the facilities are fantastic. The shielded Bay Area is perfect for swimming. The beach is so clean and there are no stones or shells which makes it great for swimming in the ocean. Comfortable lounges by the pool and the beach. The team working there are proactive with getting you a lounge, helping with towels and making sure you are well taken care of. The room is large, comfortable, new and beautifully appointed. We had the ocean view room and it is well worth it. The water, coffee and tea, milk, honey and other things provided in the room are great. Massive shower and a separate bath, great size balcony, all wonderful. We were so grateful for the housekeeping team. Especially Rukshan who looked after us did an outstanding job every day and we were so impressed, even making a towel elephant and towel swans for us. Even though we only stayed for 4 nights, the sheets were changed in our room midway through the stay. I also want to mention Imrana, the housekeeping manager who checked in with us to make sure we were happy and everything was done to our liking. I travel a lot and I have to say this hotel has the best housekeeping standards and the best team. They really went above and beyond. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Wide selection and the dishes varied day to day. We didn’t have an all inclusive options so don’t know what that’s like.

It was too sad to leave.

Staff was rude, iron is very bad im not sure why they use bad qualoty it never irones any type of clothes, the staffs supervisor she is very rude, try to explain my situation then told her will change the hotel she welcomed amd never negotiated the issue to underatand..

We had a great stay, will definitely come again

Basically everything, the room, the view, the food and the hospitality The reception team was awesome specially Marina she was very helpful

I think the restaurant team needs a bit of training, they are polite however some hospitality basics was somehow puzzling to them Another thing I didn’t like, I was on a hurry and one from the team got into the elevator on 4th floor and left of the 3rd floor, I know I sound ridiculous but I was in hurry and come on it’s one floor, take the stairs

This was my second stay there so definetly it was great that why i returned

My stay was great, thank you. The front desk lady, Sandy was very sweet, professional, kind and helpful. It as very tasty birthday cake at my room - treat from the hotel. Our suit was super nice. Big, clean, with beautiful view. I was so impressed with bathroom and huge shower room. And I love the products for the shower, shampoo and conditioner. Room service was fast and nice (even thou the hotel was fully booked) Actually all staff was very nice and kind. SPA also very clean and comfortable. There is ice in the SPA, so you can use it after sauna 👌.

As it’s too hot outside, we went to swim at 6.15 in the morning. But hotel staff didn’t allows us to swim as the beach is opening at 6.30. Actually on summer time open hours supposed to be earlier because of the hit.

Would definitely recommend especially property and staff who are very nice and polite.

Very clean, well maintained and very courteous and skilled staff.

Management should consider and gear up for a full house especially arrival, rooms to be ready. Waiting at breakfast time is definitely not expected, should have opened an additional outlet to cope up with the numbers rather than making guests wait.

Excllent place , visited it in the most peak time and still the response and service was amazing

I love the hotel in general , we were delayed in check in but because it was Eid the team have made sure that they take well care of us and compensate us. Very professional

if there was more entertaining things for kids and service on pool was a bit late.

We love Ajman, Ajman satay hotel.

I like the hotel design. It is very beautiful. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The only thing I’ve noticed that the staff on the reception was much more kind and genuine in January this year but the lady who assisted us in March was a bit nose up, but accommodating though.

Overall it was very good. The only thing is the staff could show a little more hospitality. Most of them seamed to be overworked.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable . Food was also great with wide variety - the selection was more than enough and the food was good. Missed sushi though as it mentioned Asian night so we were expecting some japanese food.

Its not something I didnt like but found it weird - cause they kept the mini bar locked. In other hotels the mini bar is always accessible.

Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff, above and beyond, a rare experience! Excellent rooms, with superb room service. Warm-water pool to enjoy when the sea temperature is to fresh for your taste. Very good beach restaurant with local and international cuisine (good music, too;).

Disappointed return visit. Food choices limited and if you are going to eat in Vista go early as the choices if you go l

The staff at the pool, Mehjanna, Vista and Bab Al Bahr were attentive and tried their best to make our stay enjoyable. The pool area was nice and the beach even though it was small it was nice to have access to it.

All inclusive details need to be clearly defined on Booking.con so guests know what they are in for as not all restaurants and drinks are included in the all inclusive package.

Nice and cosy

Service is super! Also interior (I liked lamps a lot) cosy swimming pool area, very close to the sea, excellent food with many choices.

Outside hotel (city) seemed to be not too much of interesting sites
