could do with some modernisation in kitchens bathrooms, decent wifi and satellite tv but great value for out of season

was ok

the pool was nice, we had good time

unfortunately some noisy neighbours (in other villas) having late evening party at the pool, also we found 2 cockroach in our villa (one dead and one alive - soon to be dead) lots of ants in the kitchen - we had to keep even our bread in the fridge...

Pleasant

Beds and pillows very comfortable with decent size bedrooms one with ensuite Bath and pool towels provided so don't need to worry about bringing towels All facilities inside you need i.e washing machine/dishwasher. Plenty of air con units. Lovely outside area and big pool Safe for personal belongings

The villa was a bit of a distance from the main town/strip so if you didn't have a hire car you'd have a bit of a way to walk Our fridge wasn't even cold, when we called maintenance over he just make up an excuse and never came back to check like he said. So unfortunately couldn't store any food which isn't acceptable with children and had to use freezer to keep drinks cool The noise at night is unacceptable. It says in the villa on a bit of paper that they don't tolerate noise but majority of our evenings there people were screaming, playing loud music till all sorts of hours and with young children this was frustrating

Superb

We liked house and staff, beach was close as well.

Restaurants and town center are pretty far, not in a walking distance. In the evening, when we put air conditioning on, the water was falling right on the terrace with seating. There are not cleaning tools for a pool available, therefor when some insect fell into the pool, we had to remove it with a broom.

Excellent!

One of the best places to stay - despite strange responses from some previous guests. Very clean property - huge house, big swimming pool. Excellent location, good variety of devices to make your stay pleasant. Perfect team with perfectly organized work: all the property is cleaned 2-3 times a week, 24-hour security, 24/7 support for any question. The 200€ deposit was returned in due time. I very highly recommend this villa and this team to those who want to stay in a special place and to be treated in a very special way!

Excellent stay

People working in complex were very friendly and helpful Swimming pool really nice

It has only gas barbecue, fire is not allowed in complex for safety reasons.

Amazing place to spend your holidays!

Very friendly staff and Mr Christofi, the security guard, immediately helped us when we had a minor issue with the refrigerator. Quiet complex where we could relax and enjoy our holidays. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and there is someone available 24 hours a day to help. Great for families. We will definitely go back again.

Exceptional

Spacious villa and complex, excellent facilities, comfortable beds, great location (provides great privacy and at the same time proximity to top beaches, restaurants and anywhere around Protaras and Agia Napa area). Swimming pool and property where regularly cleaned during our stay.
