Everything was perfect. The villa was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect, the villa is close to the beach promenade where you can walk and take a dip in several beaches. The villa is 15 mins walk from Fig Tree Bay which is very convenient. The area in which the villa is located, is very quite. The pool was nice and clean. Chrysia, the host, left us some water and food in the fridge for our first day, she was very accommodating and allowed us to have a late check-out. We had a very lovely stay and would come back again.

The water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms.

Lovely quiet location with access to everything you need and lovely, well presented villa with everything you could need. The host Chrysia left us a lovely welcome pack and brought some ice creams during the week and always contactable if needed!

Maybe just a litttle more water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms, but that really is about the extent of any negatives

Really nice villa? Great location. Fantastic pool area

Quiet location within easy reach of main strip in Protaris. Very close to a lovely beach. Very spacious pool area.

Mixer connection in family bathroom did not remain on, making it difficult to have a proper shower. Family members who were using that bathroom used the other 2 en-suite showers.

Family holiday

Nothing. Pool was chilly but there is an option to have it heated. Probably time of year, I waited till later in the day but everyone else swam early 😊 We didn't have any cleaning but I'm not sure it was included, sure it would be if you asked. I just got couple of bits and had a whip round mid stay.

Lovely, large villa with really spacious outside area, and huge clean pool!! Enjoyed our cuppa on rattan chairs in the morning.. Four bedrooms, all spacious, the master bedroom has a quite narrow shower room, but not an issue. Everything you could need for catering if you stay in, pots, pans, etc, and good bbq outside. Washing machine which is handy and a must for me when we go away as hate the holiday wash mountain when you get home! The inside living area is also large, with plenty of space and nice, comfortable furniture. Lots of windows/doors so really light and airy. Chrisia was always quick to answer any questions, and when asked if any possibility of a few toys for our grandson she left a lovely selection for him which he loved, and a stairgate.Also thank you for leaving us the bread, cheese, wine etc... The villa is really well located and a very short stroll down direct road down to the beach. Turn right for small quite beach or left for a 20 min stroll to fig tree beach. Best buy supermarket 10-15 min walk ( turn left at top of main road) Protaras strip with bars and restaurants are 15-20 min walk ( turn right on main road) Would definitely highly recommend!!

The greateeeeeeest!!!!

Looking where to stay in Protaros definitely pick this one!!! Great location 3 minutes walk to the nearest beach and just 5 minutes drive to the beast blue flag beachs, market in 5 minutes walk. Calm and beautiful neighborhood. Clean and big enough for 7 of us. Big and cleanest private pool.there was everything we needed. Water, milk even wine and everything you need for lunch, it was great after the whole night flight with kids! Definitely recommend it!!!

5* Villa, perfect holiday location

This Villa is perfect. Clean and spacious with everything you need for a good holiday. It is located just outside of protaras, which is a small 5 min walk either along the main road or along the beach which is a gravel path. Lidl is a 5minute drive away, and we went to the greek Resturant across the road which was delicious. Protaras town has everything you need too. Fig tree bay is a short walk away too. The absolute best thing about this villa is the pool, it’s huge and so clean. And can safely say my boys spent at least 75% of the week in the pool. Another bonus is the outside shower, we used it instead of the showers in the property, and was perfect for showering off the boys before and after the pool.

There really isn’t any negatives, we had some issues with very small red ants, around the outside of the property but we just kept sweeping them up.

Excellent Villa

Outdoor space on this villa is enormous and the pool is one of the biggest I’ve seen in a villa. Pool was great temperature too. Chrysia even got us a table tennis table for our stay. Great space downstairs and overall a beautiful villa would highly recommend

Chrysia and her father were amazing hosts. Thank you both so much for making us feel so welcome.

The villa was well equipped, clean, peaceful and comfortable. We arrived well past midnight but Chrysia and her father were there to greet us and show us around the villa. Essential provisions like water, bread, butter,coffee,tea, jams etc, were provided which was a godsend. The next morning we were welcomed with a large platter of fruit! We highly recommend this property and hope to be back next year

Everything was perfect.
