Excellent location, 5-10 min walk down to the main strip of protaras and the beaches. The hotel itself is immaculate, the rooms are great and the staff are so friendly and helpful, entertainment staff fantastic with the kids too!
Food and drink available on the all inclusive was beautiful, great variety and the cocktails etc are all premium and made well.
Kids activities on in the day were really good our 2 children loved them.
Also your sunbeds and bean bags are allocated to you on your first day, you can choose where you want to be, and they are yours for your whole stay so no sunbed wars!
The waterpark and pool os very clean and well maintained too, kept our children entertained all week!
We have stayed here twice now and will deffo be back again.

Staff were very friendly and smiley, always willing to serve you drinks and snacks. Rooms were clean and comfy, all facilities too. There are a lot of activities for kids, which is great for families, watersports, golf, futsal etc. The breakfast was great and tasty. My wife had pasta at night, which was great, and they made fresh pizzas too, which my little son loved it.
The reason I booked this hotel was the location as it is 5 to 10 minutes walking to the main district of Protaras and the sunrise beach, which is highly recommended for tourists. Overall, it was a great experience.

Clean, presentable hotel. Very friendly staff who were always smiling and happy to help. Short walk to the local beaches and shops.
Comfortable and clean rooms, well maintained by good house keeping staff.
Great pool and slides too.
The stairwell always stunk of cigarette smoke.
The food quality was average for a 4 star hotel, although looked very presentable.
The pool was very very cold.
Music around the pool during the day was far too loud and it really didn’t need to be as the guests taking part in pool exercise were straight in front of the speaker system.
During the evening, the entertainment music was loud and went on too late, as most young families were already in bed by this time.
