Staff were excellent, especially Hussan who mainly worked on the bars, although all were friendly.
Bars and pool were great, food was decent. Good location.
Slightly outdated in places.

The pool and access to strip some staff were lovely and friendly parking was great and food edible and something for everyone at every meal. Drinks were ok. Place was very clean and fresh towels daily.
Some bar staff were surly and unhelpful there was no ice cream that upset the children we waited 3 days to get one and staff didn't want to give it and the last strawberry one was given to us when we asked for vanilla and have allergies to strawberry. Also some entertainment was dreadful and no cushions on seats meant we couldn't sit long to watch when it was good. The lift wasn't very good either and as on 4th floor we spent a lot of time waiting or using stairs. The pool towel was ten euros deposit (refundable) and a euro a day for a very tatty small thin towel we bought one on strip for 5 euro which was larger and thicker. I dont think this is acceptable even though the hotel is cheaper than most all inclusive in the area. Also it should be informed on booking them we know to bring our own with us. That said I would return for a short break as we did enjoy many aspects of this holiday.

Facilities not disabled friendly ! Only 1 lift working the whole time !! Sunbeds !!! People were told to leave towels on beds overnight hence no beds for new arrivals!! Tea and coffee facilities yes no water on arrival!! I understand not a daily thing but on arrival???? Staff were excellent can’t fault them 🤩
