The resort is as described in Booking. The lobby is not fancy, but very clean and staff is very nice. The food is good. In comparison with hotels in Europe - the food is great, but in comparison with hotels in Greece - I've had better culinary experience. In this hotel the variety of food was good, and they also supplied gluten free options which is great. But nothing was really "fine". The over all quality of food was not as good as in some resorts in Greece that we experienced in the past.
The access to the sea water from the hotel requires a walk of about 100 meters, and then there is access to a very beautiful place to swim and snorkle. We enjoyed this a lot. But there's no place to sit there by the water comfortably.
The outdoor pool is quite small, but pleasant. There is also an indoor pool where I enjoyed swimming.
There is a well equipped gym, which was great for us.
In the evenings there was usually a "live enternainment" with Local musicians. This was very nice. Better than what I have experienced in other similar hotels.
The rooms were perfect. Very clean and comfortable.
So over all the facilities were really wonderful.
The pool was closed from 18:00. For us the very best hours for enjoying the pool during Auguat are starting at 17:00 when the sun is not too strong. So closing the pool so early is a minus.
There are only 2 elevators and they are very small, and staying on the 5th floor required the elevators, so sometimes we needed to wait a while for the elevator.
There is no sandy beach access from the hotel to relax on and dip in the ocean. But this was known to us in advance.
Over all the disadvantages were very small in comparison with the advantages. I highly recommend this hotel, especially it gives a very good return on the price.

Location was good, it was away from the main hustle and bustle and the garish nightlife area which was great. However, It is still in a quite developed area.
Hotel Staff were excellent, front desk, restaurants and Spa all very helpful.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice plus some hot foods to order, e.g. omelettes etc. Evening buffet was good with the portions being replenished regularly.
The Garden area is great to stay away from the noise of the pool area and the short walk down to the open sea bathing area is a godsend. This made cooling off in the sea very, very pleasant.
The swimming pool is relatively small for the number of guests who seem to use it. This results in a feeling of swimming through a top layer of suntan lotion. As a result we only visited once, and used the garden area for the rest of our stay and walked down to the sea for swimming.

It was modern, well furnished and had everything you need for a get away.
Staff were amazing, catering for your every need and the frozen towels were always a hit! Everywhere was clean and amble seating around the pool and grassed area.
Buffet was different every meal with themed nights and so there was always variety.
Small enough hotel that it was crowded.
There were charges on the minbar. When you are all inclusive, this really should be included.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, and the adults-only concept made the whole experience much more relaxing and enjoyable. At check-in, we were offered the all-inclusive package. We were initially reluctant to take it because of previous experiences at other hotels, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The quality and variety of the food and drinks available throughout the hotel and resort were excellent and made the all-inclusive package very good value. Overall, everything came together to make our stay a really enjoyable experience.
There was honestly nothing significant that we disliked during our stay. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The hotel was excellent in every aspect
