Very attentive staff, who were happy to help with any queries and happy to serve. Rooms were cleaned to an immaculate standard with the cleaners going above and beyond, even after standard cleaning times (i.e if you got up late). The views from the sea view room were immaculate.
A little bit clearer labelling/directions for the facilities would have been helpful, perhaps a labelled map of the complex and surrounding area (i.e. the hotel beach) to accompany the helpful welcoming letter provided on check-in. This is a very minor point.

Bath leaked outside the bathroom and a/c not working properly. The side sea view wasn’t very visible and overly expensive for this room. Seemed more like a 3 star hotel than 5 stars
