Everything was amazing, we stayed 3 years ago before the renovation and we were super happy then, now it's a whole new level, it's been done up absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are fantastic, the bed is like a marshmallow, the shower is lovely, my partner loved how techy everything is. The pools are refreshing and have lovely views all day.

The facilities were modern and elegant, the food was amazing and the staff was very polite and friendly.

Some of the members of staff didn't know how to make some cocktails but they were tasty still.

The room was amazing, the staff was super attentive, and the breakfast was delicious! The Salty bar by day provided great coffee, refreshing drinks and snacks. Salty by night had great restaurant quality food and yummy cocktails. The pool area was stunning and the view breathtaking!

nothing to dislike about the property or the beach it’s on. However we didn’t like the area ie, Protarus, Paralimni . Just a personal preference after we had toured the southern part of Cyprus. There are much nicer parts of the Island. Pissouri , Latchi, Polis for example.

Very nice hotel, just opened or renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, amazing view, good value for money.

Not all the facilities were ready. For example, the gym was not fully equipped. Parking of the hotel is too small, although the hotel was not full when we stayed, we had to park few times outside of the hotel as the parking was full.

The staff was very friendly! My wife had her birthday and they brought us complementary wine and cake! The location was amazing! Quite and family friendly! Food was good!

if you are looking for a chilled out environment? This is the place to stay. Location and staff are perfect.

The atmosphere can change slightly if there is a wedding, change caused by the wedding party NOT the Staff.

Cavo Zoe is a beautiful hotel located directly at the sea. Our room was pretty and had everything we needed, the staff was super friendly and the possibility to eat late in the evenings was a big advantage. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a nice time at the hotel, but there were a number of issues that need rectifying. Would we stay at Cavo again? We wouldn't rush back, and not likely on the all inclusive. Positives: 1. Lovely looking hotel, rooms were clean and all facilities were lovely too 2. Most bar staff were really friendly and happy to chat. The stand out staff for us were George at breakfast, Ioannis and Julieta. 3. Good location, 20 min walk to Protaras (5 min cab) or 15 min cab to Ayia Napa and Nissi Beach 4. Pool area was lovely and clean, with plenty of sunbeds, but this may have been because out of season 5. Spa and staff were lovely, would recommend the treatments

Cons: 1. The food selection at breakfast was good, but mostly cold despite sitting under heat lamps. Dinner was the same, cold but also dry, so we ended up eating out a lot in the evenings to avoid disappointment. This was further disheartening, having stayed all inclusive, as it meant we had to incur extra expense to eat out, due to underwhelming hotel meals. 2. We had ongoing issues, due to booking all inclusive. We complained to the manager, Boryana, about the all inclusive lunch menu due to confusion. She did resolve this with clearer menus and this wasn't an issue again which we appreciated. However, simple requests such as having a G&T with dinner were “not allowed”, due to drinks being available at one bar and not another (only beer and wine are available in the restaurant at dinner, no cocktails or spirits). We found this strange, frankly unacceptable when paying for all inclusive, as the staff could've retrieved the requested drink from the available bar, less than 30 seconds walk away. 3. There was no promotion of the live entertainment in the evenings at the Salty Bar. This led to a depressing atmosphere, as hardly anyone was there to watch. We did stay out of season, which may be a contributing factor, but if more people knew about the entertainment this would help the atmosphere in the evenings. Even moving the entertainment to the restaurant would help, but only if they served all drinks in the bar there. 4. There was no communication with guests about the 2 weddings that were on out of the 8 days we were there. It is a small hotel, and the wedding consumed a lot of the venue. So, myself and my partner felt uncomfortable getting a drink in our swimwear at Salty Bar whilst the ceremony/party was happening. We would have gotten a drink elsewhere, but this was not possible/"allowed". 5. The hairdryer provided is attached to the wall via a short cord and in an inconvenient location via a drawer.

The installation are new and confortable. Very nice design and super close to the sea. The team was super nice and the cocktails amazing!

We booked a "Panoramic side view to the sea" room which didn't match at all what we got... a room next to the main road. The panoramic view looking out to sea was actually a view of an open field with a slight view of the sea in the background on the right. We complained about this and they could not give us a solution. The beds were okay, but not up to par with the rest of the hotel's facilities
