Friendly staff at the reception, nice swimming pools, nice and rich breakfast!
They were some areas that they had some bad odour, maybe the carpets or Airconditioning units need to be repaired. The bathroom door was never cleaned. The sofa beds were extremely small and not comfortable for the kids to sleep on

Good basic breakfast, nothing impressive and not many options for dairy free.
Great location.
We specifically booked and asked for a double bed. In the room we found two beds put together making it look as one, although we've been upgraded. Not nice at all!!As I said to the reception staff, we were less interested about the upgrade, the double bed as we requested would have impressed much more.
Loud everything everywhere, the street buzz can be heard until late at night.

Location is great and variety of breakfast options. Beautiful decoration
The rooms are beautiful, but the pillows are old and uncomfortable; they need to be changed. Rooms get noisy from outdoors.
