Besviken, dåligt bemött

Låg bra till, nära aktiviteter och centrum

Vi bokade biljetter till en båt som vi missade på grund av att personal inte fanns på hotellet. När vi skulle checka ut tog de ca 40-50min. Vi skrev efter till hotellet om ersättning för biljetterna men då slutade dom svara till slut. Av alla hotel besökta i Bali va detta hotellet som va minst bra på engelska. Därför svår kommunikation. Frukosten va inte heller god tyvärr.

Luxury and comfort

The apartment was large and spacious. Breakfast delivered to the room, on the terrace. Private accommodation with a small capacity, which creates luxury and comfort.

Perfect villa for families with beautiful view

The villa is beautiful. It has beautiful view, great location and great pool. Perfect for families. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 small children. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very good

Staff were very friendly and so helpful. When our day trip didn't happen we were given Suggestions to walk through the local rice fields which was a lovely experience. Transport was arranged to bring us to Amed at short notice. Breakfast was lovely and the pool beautiful

The room was great but the garden outlook could do with more planting. Otherwise everything was fabulous

The property & the service exceeded all our expectations and we had a wonderful time staying there.

The eagerness of the staff to assist their guests. They went out of the way to help / assist guests to achieve their needs. Free breakfast was offered with the package. Their breakfast menu had a large variety to choose from. Tried various items during our 5 nights stay and all of them were very tasty. We also liked their packaged day tour options - we used 2 of their day tours and we enjoyed both of them.

This place is amazing, and much better than the pictures let you see. We stayed in two rooms - one few meters from the pool, but with a private terrasse and garden where breakfast was served. We where picked up and drived to the city-center with few extra costs- such a help. City center is walkable, but after an active day it was great service with a ride. Moreover we went an a great trip to see the surrondings with Nia who is both kind, knowledgeable and the best driver. Lovely trip where we could select which things we would like to do. We loved everything. High level of service - for example when earing dinner staff made our room ready with mosquito-net and evening-light. Mini-bar as cheap as mini-marked. Clean and well kept both rooms and surrondings. We would love to come back.

One small ting: when ordering food from the kitchen the waiting time is quite long- perhaps fewer dishes or make guests aware of the waiting time.

Exceptional

We loved staying here! Felt like a private oasis. Even better than the photos! Beautiful pool. Delicious breakfast. Super comfortable beds. Very clean. Short walk to central Ubud. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely recommend to our friends!

More bins would be useful.

Amazing place

Exceptional hospitality, the double bed jungle view doesnt come with kitchen and pool. But they did let us use the common favillity and its right below us My kids have allergies so needed the kitchen and i was relieved.

Not much not to like .... they are amazing.. You cant walk to the town but in my case i cant compromise the space inside the villa for proximity of town, so this is a good balance 10 mins away from city centre.

Although there were a few issues with the place, it was so spacious, beautiful and had spectacular!

The breakfast was ok. The pool area, the fountains, the bedrooms were beautiful and the rice fields view from the second level terrace was spectacular, especially the sunrise in the morning that u can watch from your bed!!! So serene and special!

The lighting was terrible at night, could hardly see??? The stairs going to second level were very unsafe and dangerous! In fact my husband had a fall on them and hurt his shoulder badly! Really needs to be fixed! Also in the bathrooms no air conditioning, so very hot and has open windows at all times in there. In addition, there were lots of little ants on the floor, little bathroom tissue and so dark!

It was peaceful and the staff was amazing. Very welcoming and always happy to help out.

The breakfast was in small portions and they would sometimes forget the orders. Certain extra charges weren't mentioned until checkout.

I would really like to thank Marya, the owner, for accommodating me at such short notice. He was understanding and patient and made me feel safe. The accommodation is stunning, peaceful and only 5 minutes away from Ubud. I would recommend to all travellers. Thank you Marya.

simply best hotel in Ubud

great villa design, everything is new nice and helpfull staff location much better than 5 star hotels (for ex Ayung Resort)

Perfectly located, calm and private stay.

Very friendly staff and owner. They made sure,that we feel welcomed . Whatsappcontact worked fine. Pool is nice , the view onto the ricefields next to us aswell. Except one bathroom, the villa is in a modern condition. There is a small supermarket on the other side of the ricefield. Perfect to supply yourself with drinks etc. Amazingly close to the City center, if you rent a scooter (~10 min to the palace).The big one ,was a yamaha nmax155. Some scratches, but in perfect condition. In total: Would book a stay here again :)

The breakfast ,that we tried ,was served with the best intentions. Sorry to say but f.e. the Croissants were both not enjoyable, as they where so Hard, they crumbled into thousands of crusty crumbs, instead of being soft on a squeaze. The rest of the breakfast was ok, but pricey for what we got in comparisson to other Stays. We supplied ourselfes for the rest of the week.

Beautiful and peaceful oasis in the gorgeous heart of Ubud!

beautiful peaceful villa in the jungle! we loved the location being just a short 5 minute bike to the main centre. It was quiet and lovely , beautiful lay out with lots of privacy and great facilities. The staff here were so kind and genuine, nothing was a bother and they went above and beyond to organise transfers/ or make our stay more comfortable. They brought us breakfast to our room which was amazing!

The ceiling in the toilet was really low, so you need to remember not to hit your head when you walk in.
