Toni said the apartment was 700 years old. It was clean and functional and in a convenient location

Great location. Toni the host met us and helped us with our luggage up the flights of stairs. He showed us around the apartment and advised us on things to do in and around Zadar.

The shared common area and steps from the main street leading up to the apartment were dirty and smelly. But the apartment itself was clean and comfortable.

Great location, cool vibes in the heart of vibrant old Zadar.

The decor was cool and quaint and the apartment was very well located.

The a/c is only in the living area, so it was really hot in the bedrooms considering the 35 degree + temperatures.

could have been better

nice old building, conveniently located at the very heart of the old town

it’s charming, but rather run down; extremely noisy, the garbage is pick up around 4/5am with a terrible racket, there was live music until 1am on a Friday night Shabby chic decor, very nice at a glance, but then you notice that bolts are untightened, handles are loose, lights are dim, bulbs are shot; also, the sheets on the beds are more like mattess covers than actual sheets, the kitchen is rather poorly equipped, no lids forthe pots and pans, no large bowls, chipped plates, dull knives. we had to wash everything begore using. Keep in mind that they do not provide laundry soap. It is a 3rd floor walk up, very hard if you are carrying suitcases, and it wasn’t stated anywhere; it gets extremely hot, there is A/C only in the living room. Last but not least, we got a text at 6:38 pm telling us about check out at 10am the following morning(!) but there’s nothing in the apartment advising guests about it. Rather disappointing all in all.

The apartment is very spacious for a family of 4 and in the middle of the old town in Zadar. Nicely renovated and decorated apartment that is few minutes away from all attractions.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so anticipate some luggage carrying.

No soap in the shower, no kitchen towel, only 1 roll of toilet paper. Basic supplies would be nice.

Romantic hideaway in the old town center

It was quite spacious, nice modern furniture in an ancient town housr

3 flights of steps to the apartment, but owner was so kind to help with our heavy luggage

It's in the very middle of the old center, so location is perfect. The apartment is made in a good style, with old style furniture and cozy living room. Thanks to the other, he met us personally and gave a bottle of wine as a present for my birthday.

There were two bedrooms. One was quite dark with a window half closed by a wardrobe with a rather small bed for two people. Another room was ok in size, but the bed was creaking with every move, so i woke up every time i or my husband moved to another position. Also the tap in the bathroom was leaking. There was no sponge and no dishwashing gel in kitchen to wash plates or clean the table. The building is very old, which gives it's own atmosphere, but be ready to a creaking floor, no air conditioning in bedrooms.

Excellent location! The appointment is on one of the order buildings in Zadar. The owner is very kind and helpful. Appointment is beautiful and spacious. Kitchen well equipped.

The beds are uncomfortable.

Lovely Apartment in a perfect area.

JUST LOVED OUR HOST (Sandra-Damirs' sister) She was welcoming, Informative and very patient ( Sandra sent photos with the directions to my phone as to pinpoint where we had to meet her when we became lost) Thank You Sandra. The clean and lovely presented apartment was in the middle of the gorgeous Old Town-fantastic location.It had all the equipment one should need for a comfortable stay in a apartment.

The beds require toppers for extra comfort. The windows require soundproofing
