In this cozy 2-roomapartment, two people can enjoy a wonderful vacation in 55 square meters of living space.
The elegantly designed living area features high-quality entertainment electronics—including a flat-screen TV (satellite)—as well as a cozy sofa. A few games and books are also available here for entertainment.
The open-concept kitchen with a kitchenette and a comfortable dining area is perfect for enjoying cozy meals. Helpful appliances include a microwave and a dishwasher.
A second TV is located in the bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm / height 53 cm) and a wardrobe. The room can be easily darkened for a restful night’s sleep.
The stylishly tiled bathroom features a shower and toilet. A large towel warmer provides additional cozy warmth. The window lets in pleasant natural light and helps ventilate the room after a shower.
You can enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air on two furnished balconies (southwest and northwest). Each balcony is also equipped with a parasol.

Special Features
This non-smoking apartment is senior-friendly. You can reach every floor in this building by elevator. A washing machine is located in the basement in the communal laundry room and can be used free of charge. There is also a safe in the apartment that you are welcome to use.

Bicycles

There is a shared bicycle storage room in the building (with limited space). Bicycles and similar items can be stored safely here. The bicycle storage room is accessible via a staircase on the side of the building. There are also bike racks on the side of the building.

You can rent bikes in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Information about the bicycles [&] Handcart

Dear guests, please understand that we assume no liability for the bicycles provided and cannot cover the costs of any necessary repairs or costs associated with renting replacement bicycles if the bicycles are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The bicycles are offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating).
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
