This vacation rental, complete with bicycles, is located in the center of the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen and is ideal for an active vacation on the Baltic Sea.

Amenities

This 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor) offers approximately 47 square meters of living space and is equipped to accommodate 4 people plus a toddler.
The open-concept living and dining area with an adjoining furnished balcony is very inviting. A flat-screen TV, stereo system, and DVD player are provided for your use. The pull-out sofa bed in the living area sleeps two additional guests.
The comfortable kitchen-living area is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need for self-catering. You can enjoy your meals in comfort at the separate dining area.
The apartment also features a bedroom with a cozy double bed and a closet.
The en suite bathroom includes a corner shower, sink, and toilet.

Special Features

This is a non-smoking apartment. If you prefer fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning, you can easily purchase them at the nearby bakeries (at Markant or from the bakery truck). For our younger guests, a travel crib and a high chair are available for free use.

Bicycles

At the edge of the building’s parking lot, there is a lockable communal storage shed (limited space). There is also a private basement storage room in the building (with an outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
