The location is amazing, the beach and pool very nice. Shallow water at beach for swimming. Very nice service at Palapas and in restaurant.

Because you are using Booking.com and booking through a condo owner, you are not a guest of the hotel. Sometimes there can be some confusion with staff. Any needs must be messaged to condo owner, staff on property cannot be the point of contact. The condo owner responds very promptly and is accommodating. The staff at hotel and in restaurant very friendly. Lots of security on grounds and beach. Safe location

We loved how friendly all staff members were throughout the resort. The breakfast that can be purchased in the restaurant has wonderful choices. The restaurant on the property is great. The beach and pool are wonderful. The condo is clean and spacious.

We had trouble finding the condo when traveling from the hotel, but once we found it, it was wonderful. The pictures showed that the property has a washing machine, but ours wasn't available.
