Nice place right on the beach. This is a great place and very spacious. Ana‘s great. If you have anything come up just reach out to her and she’ll take care of it. We had a couple minor issues come up during your stay and I texted her and right away she would get it fixed.She is very easy to get a hold of if you need her.The guys at the property are very helpful and they’re always cleaning . We always felt very safe there. Easy to get around the hotel zone. Easy to get outside the hotel zone too. The representation vbro is very accurate. Oh my G

The maintenance people were nice and helpful and the owner was nice and helpful. She helped us arrange for transportation and was always available. The problem I had was the cost of the unit was not worth it. We paid a ton of money to stat and we were not provided with anything but a bar soap some toilet paper and some dish soap. I don't like to go on vacation and have to buy cleaning supplies. My son threw up and I asked for some cleaner and. a rag to clean it up and I was told to go buy it. I wore shoes in the shower because it looks gross in there. It was clean but the grout is stained, we had a work in our shower. The ac in the living room didn't work so we were hot in the house. You can see out side from inside around all the doors and windows. The place has lots of missing tiles everywhere the paint is rusted and peeling. The pool is in the alley of the buildings and everyday it was a wind tunnel so it made it too cold to get in the pool but if you step out to the beach it was great. The place overall was fine but way over priced. I would pay $50 a night to stay not over $250. The beach is very close and if you tip the guys they will bring umbrellas and chairs to the beach for you. We used the BBQ one night for dinner it's fun to sit out on the patio. There is a little market across the street where you can get water, beer, bread and chips but you have to take a 15-20 min buss ride to Walmart to get more groceries this place is a 15min bus ride from Coco Bongo. For us this was nice because we didn't want to be constantly in the loud crowd but you can take the bus down there and hang out. Over all it was a nice stay just a little janky and not worth the money I paid. I would rather have stayed in a hotel where they would have helped clean up the vomit and washed out towels for no extra cost to us, provide more toilet paper when needed. Ect. Also this are is very expensive for food. The little restaurant down stairs charged $75 for five of us to get a taco and a drink.

Everything was great! From the time we booked to the time we left, the attention we received was incredible. Anabel, the property manager was awesome and so were all the guys that took care of us while we were there. Location was perfect!

We spent the holidays in Cancun and stayed at Ana's place. The condo had plenty of room with three bedrooms which each had it's own on suite bathroom. Great for my family of five and my sister to stay. Ana's condo is directly on the beach and walking distance to the big shopping mall and bus accessible to anywhere you want to go on the hotel zone. Ana was very attentive to all our needs and always responded right away. The condo sits right next to an authentic Mexican restaurant Tacun. I ate there just about every day for lunch and they will deliver to the beach. At the condo Steve will take out umbrella's and chairs each morning and will help you with anything you need. Please make sure you tip him. The views from the condo and balcony are fantastic. We enjoyed our time in Cancun and will return.

This place was perfect for us!! We are a family of 6 and 2 friend meet us there. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. Apartment complex is small but quiet and clean. Esteban is the man to go to!! Always helpful and with a smile. The guy at night didn’t get his name but he called my kids to show them the turtle lying her eggs. Which I thought was pretty cool! One minor thing was construction next door but for us was a wake up call and get our day started and we adventure off. The little restaurant Tacun! Delish and very friendly people. The ocean is a little rough but for my teenager and 10years son was perfect. We would deff go back

Beautiful view and house was clean. We did experience our door being wide opened when we got back up from the beach and somethings went missing. It was our fault for leaving the door unlocked thinking it would be fine being so close.

Close to downtown and right on the beach!!

The property is located in the center of Cancún's hotel zone. It is huge, clean and has all facilities. Located steps from the beach. Every night, huge sea turtles come to lay eggs just down the unit at the beach. Best of all are the great people you will treat with, thanks Maria, Anabel, Roman, Esteban and Francisco for making us feel at home.

As a first time visitor to Mexico I was concerned about safety. This property has locked access from the street and a security guy there 24 hrs a day which was great, I never felt worried or unsafe! Beach view/access is amazing and most of the time we were the only ones on the property. The building next door I think is vacant so we had quite a large beach to ourselves. Definately a great place to stay if you dont like the resort scene. Owner is amazing to work with and very accomodating. Water pressure is not good but it wasnt a big deal, I expected it since we were not staying at a resort. We made quick friends with Stephan, the evening security guy, we do not speak much spanish and he does not speak english so it is very surprising how many hours we were able to laugh and joke around with him. He was amazing and a highlight of our trip. I learned that a laugh and a smile sound exactly the same in any language!!! Also the security guys are happy to take your chairs and umbrellas down to the beach for you, I saw numerous people not tip them.... DONT BE THOSE PEOPLE. If you go to Mexico plan to tip pretty much everyone, they depend on it! Also the little reataurant outside the property is amazing, Tacun. Enjoy your stay!!!

I loved staying here the first time and loved it even more the second time! This place is great and has new things since the last time I was here. The place is simple but homey. If you don’t care about the looks, then this is the place for you! I love waking up and first thing I get to look at is the ocean! The only down side is the shower situation, low pressure and there is not always hot water. This is why I give it a 4 and a half stars. Location is great! And I will continue to stay here, when I’m in Cancun. Thank you Anabel for everything!

Loved staying here! Great for little kids. We loved the beach as it was very quiet even during spring break. The waves are a bit big for the little ones but our 10 year old loved it for boogey boarding. Close to all shopping and activities. Just hop on a bus for 12 pesos! The condo is a bit out dated but has great layout. Each room has it's own bathroom and lots of closet / storage space. Laundry room and kitchen. The security is good, us feel safe. Only complaint was the loud people swimming and had their music on at the pool at 430am...not sure what the rules are about that ? Over all tho had a blast! Would love to come back!

This property was perfect for our family of nine, very spacious and steps from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and light snacks. The rooms had everything we needed and had plenty of towels. This property had exactly everything as discribed in the property listing and pictures, we also felt very safe (the American Embesy is right next door) and the staff were very attentive. Restaurants were with in walking distance and the mercado #28 is a short ride on the bus. We would love to stay here again the next time we’re in Cancun. Thank you Maria and Anabel, we truly enjoyed our stay and my family made some great memories!!

You never really know what you're gonna get for your money. My wife's expectations and excitement level were sky high. Could all the positive reviews and pictures really be true? We were thrilled from the moment we arrived at the property! Esteban met us at the security gate, grabbed bags, and ushered us into the condo. It was immaculate and stocked with the basics. Everything worked as it should. The sight of the turquoise water breaking onto the fine white sand was breath-taking! My wife couldn't wait to get out on the beach! Esteban and the rest of the gentlemen that worked outside always greeted us with a smile and seemed eager to put out chairs and umbrellas or to help us with whatever we needed. The beach is huge and you might get the impression that its private because there were only a few passers by. It was 85 degrees all week, perfect! Anabel came by to make sure we were comfortable and to offer her help with anything we needed. She gave us tips on how to get around, where to eat etc. By the way, Anabel, El Parillio is a great restaurant! Thank you! We had two other couples vacationing with us. There was plenty of room and having three full bathrooms worked out well. The other two couples were as delighted as we were with the property and staff. I was a hero for booking it! Thank you to Anabel, the security staff and all the folks that helped us! I would give this property my highest recommendation!

We had a very nice stay in our 3 bedroom 3 bath condo on bottom level facing beach.

The management was great and was readily available to fix anything or address concerns promptly. View and access to the beach was great. Appliances need updating in this unit. Great location to take the bus anywhere or walk to malls. We had a wonderful trip.

Sometimes you read a review and think "I wonder if the owner wrote that"...I guaranty you my review is 100% true! The photos and description of the property do not do it justice. If you are looking for the PERFECT BEACH FRONT property for your family/group you HAVE to stay here! Clean, Clean, beautiful, spacious, relaxing, excellent WI-FI, location is perfect...I can't say enough good! Anabel answered questions immediately, she came to check on us the first day there and gave us lots of suggestions on what to do and where to shop. She personally takes care of issues if you need her! We rented two condos. One beach front (1A) and the other was on the third floor (3D) with a seating area facing the beach, overlooking the pool. The breeze from the ocean was perfect for sitting outside and watching the waves. Each has 3 bedrooms with full bath and A/C unit. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. The master in the beach front has a small futon that we used every day to relax and just watch the gorgeous view. There were only a few stations in English but Netflix is available and they have a lot more selections there than in the USA! The third floor rental unit is absolutely beautiful inside and the view and breeze from the balcony are great for eating, playing cards or just daydreaming! Rosy picked us up at the airport so we didn't have to deal with all the vultures there. That was above and beyond! The property worker will take out chairs and set up umbrellas for you. They will also get anything you want and bring it to you if you ask! Very limited English but we managed! Tip them well as they work very hard to keep you happy! The restaurant Tucan is right outside the front gate and they have great food and drink and very friendly staff. The beach feels like you own it. It was like there was almost no-one else around and this was Christmas week! There is a lifeguard that watches the beach area and keeps people from going out too far. There are a couple sandbars on each side of this property you can body surf and find great shells. I can not express how clean and gorgeous it is.

Overall, terrific place to stay. Great location in hotel zone, just a few stops to the beach & public transportation and across the street from ATM and Circle K convenience store, and right behind a yummy authentic Mexican restaurant. Pool was clean and fun for the kids (though unheated). Terrific responsiveness by Anabel, especially when one of the bedroom A/C units stopped working one evening -- a repair tech came out and fixed it the next morning! Couple small drawbacks: - low water pressure in one of the bathrooms, and less than comfortable beds in the connecting bedroom. - would've personally preferred brighter ambient lighting especially in common areas.

Our group consisted four adults and four small children. The kids loved being right on the beach and the views were incredible. We've been to some tropical places before but the color of the water here is rarely matched. We loved where this condo was on the beach. There were hotels farther to the left and right but not right where we were so we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. AMAZING! The condo is spacious! Every bedroom had their own bathroom which worked very well for our group. There is 24/7 security and the personnel were so friendly and helpful. They brought lounge chairs and umbrellas down to the beach for us and we were happy to tip for that luxury service! We felt very safe the whole time that we were there. Our grandkids even got to see a little baby sea turtle emerge from the sand and make a run for the ocean. Anabel was the best hostess! She was so helpful with all of our questions and made some great suggestions and recommendations. I felt like I knew her by the time we actually arrived. What a nice person. I cannot say enough about our stay and how happy we were with the condo. It had everything that we needed and we would return and stay here in a heartbeat!

The apartment is very large and roomy. 24 Hour Security and everyone is very friendly. The view here is beyond expectations!!

This property has everything you need for a beach vacation! The sand and water are AMAZING and staff will set up chairs, umbrellas and tables for you. We felt safe at all times as there is always staff on site 24/7. The unit was nice and spacious. We did not feel crowded and were a large group! Annabel was an amazing host. She is knowledgeable about Cancun and quick to respond to any question I had before and during our trip. She was especially helpful when we had to extend our stay for an extra night due to some flight cancellations. Also, Tacun, the restaurant just outside the property, has the best food and friendly fun staff. We ended up eating there at least once a day!!! We loved this property to say the least and I would highly recommend it :)

We loved our stay, Anabel and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Condo was roomy and clean with awesome views and access to the beach.

Our family loved staying right on the beach. The staff that maintains the condos and provides security was amazing! They made us feel very comfortable. It's only 15 pesos to ride the bus and there are very close bus stops. No need for a car.There is a bank across the street so don't convert money at airport. Most places take us dollars. They do charge extra to use credit cards at some restaurants. The condo had plenty of room we loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. The balcony was great for mornings and evenings to catch sunrise and sunset. Anabel was very helpful and welcoming. She provided great instructions and suggestions. I would definately recommend this place to my friends and family. We had a group of 7 and had plenty of room.

We had a very lovely time at the condo. My adult daughters and their families joined us and there was plenty of room. Having the beach right there a few steps away was very convenient. We would definitely go back.
