The location was convenient, a mall nearby for anything I needed, and train/metro for connections to where I needed to go. A friend suggested this hotel as my other choice which was towards Liverpool. The view is of Lake Macquarie and the surrounding park, along with Cockatoos that show up in the morning. Located next to MGSM University. Quiet and comfortable. The Staff is exceptional.

Great Location, access to the shopping mall and also free parking space at the property. Fantastic views of the golf course and a nice balcony overlooking.

Location & outlook The bed was comfy and clean.

The whole place needs a good clean. There was so much dust, dirt and cob webs. Toothpaste on the bathroom bench and a used shower cap. The air conditioner just blew dust around the room and the WiFi was unreliable.

Loved the view out the back.

Checking in was a bit poor due to only 1 computer being used & two staff with a major event in Sydney happening, they were a bit under the pump and I got put in someone else's room in error.

Really nice comfortable hotel with a beautiful outlook over a lake. Hearing birds and frogs in a city location, I love it. And free parking.

Wifi needs to improve

I honestly can't think of a single thing. I met /saw only 2 person. The receptionist who was quite nice.

Old brown, brick interior. Hasn't been updated in decades. Beds were way to soft. Bar fridge was so small it couldn't hold a bucket of ice. No ice machine. Had to order from front desk. Not close to anything. Literally. Had to take a taxi everywhere which in Sydney is very expensive. The soap in showers was waterly/useless as if it's been there for years. Over all, a terrible experience. Better off paying a bit more and get something decent.
