No parking Poor WIFI animation team only contact with foreigners and programs are very poor Tools on rooms are very old like TV .etc

- Location is good - with lots of shops for souvenirs and pharmacies, and a supermarket that opens 24/7 - They gave me a free room upgrade to one with seaview which was a pleasant surprise - They also paid attention to detail and found out my birthday during my stay. I came back the day to my room with a slice of cake and a big fruit platter which was a sweet gesture - Staff were mostly friendly and approachable

- Food was bad: 1. very bland overall and just didn't live up to the standards of a 4-star resort 2. when requesting meal boxes I got given dry pastries for breakfast and two slices of bread and a cucumber for dinner which was just horrible 3. Complimentary fruit juices which were included in the all-inclusive package tasted very cheap. It's like they had mixed fruit syrup and water instead of coming from botteled juices. Once again, not the standard I expected from a 4-star resort if that's how you brand yourself 4. Machine coffee was the only option, they didn't even have handmade coffee available which is again, not what a 4-star resort should offer - Wifi was extremely patchy. There is only free wifi available at the lobby which constantly goes in and out. No wifi at all in the hotel room - Room was, although spacious for one person, not always the cleanest especially in the bathroom. There were ants crawling around and the only toiletries they offered were cheap soap used as both shampoo and handwash. No toothbrush or toothpaste was provided.

The location is very nice, the sandy beach, the food is good and tasty and the staff is friendly specially Mr. Mohamed at the reception.

The beach was good, And the room was decent and had a good view, the staff were very helpful.

The room wasn't that clean and I got ants in my room (a lot of them), the food was horrible, there were a lot of choices but what I've tried wasn't good at all. The parking is very far and I had to pay for it. Also the hotel was very crowded.
