Apartment was not very clean and had a very strong smell of Chinese food. Carpets could be replaced and walls painted.

Great location and large rooms, with great balcony.

The property needs some work as windows difficult to open, and elevator had issues, so not happy to ride in it. Note had sign the next day that out of order.

Location was excellent. Great view from 3 bed apt with ocean view. Spacious apartment. Comfy beds. Staff were very accomodating. We could check in early and leave our bags while we waited for our flight.

In need of a serious revamp. Place felt somewhat dirty (which is probably somewhat harsh because given the sub-standard quality of accomodation in Sydney), but we felt this easy because of the outdated and well work carpets and furniture. Both my sisters have asthma so the dusty carpet really aggravated them.

The apartment was spacious and location was great.

The lifts did not work well. We kept getting stuck in the lift with our children. One lift snapped shut with one of my children inside twice. The apartments were spacious but really need renovations. The air conditioner stopped working on the last day which was really hot and reception was already closed so there was nothing that we could do about it.

Great location just over the road from the beach, sort of beach view from the balcony! good size. loved the area great beach, loads of good coffee shops restaurants and bars. easy enough to get into town

apartment needs updating badly. carpet awful, cockroach problem (someone came to fumigate while we were there.) lifts very dodgy kept going up and down and not letting us out at the floor we wanted! kids scared to go in them

The apartment was clean & very comfortable for a family of 4. Location is amazing just across from the beach & a short walk to all the cafes & food places.

Carpets were very stained, traffic noise was awful. We were told apartment would be serviced & towels changed twice during our 1 week stay - it was NOT serviced nor did we get clean towels. Tv in living room would not connect which we reported but nothing was done! NOT worth the high price!

Location wise - could not be better. Despite the noise from the main road, the apartment was in a perfect location. Concierge staff were helpful - despite it being a public holiday. The 1200 hours check out was very much appreciated, thank you.

Stain on carpet and settees and torn curtains in main living room. One of the lifts had a mind of its own - could go up and down a few floors before arriving at the correct location and according to one guest it was like this 3 months before. Front door to main building has none working lock.

The location and view is good - the main road is noisy with traffic but you are right on the beach. Also, the parking was helpful.

The whole block smelt a bit, the lifts are temperamental and don’t feel safe (all the staff say just not to use the left one!), the carpets in our flat had stains all over them and everything was old, tired and in need of a refurb. The flat was not very well stocked and we stayed there for 10 days and had to check if we got a service after about a week. Its a great location but it doesn’t feel like good value. Also, not being able to have guests over and not having bbqs is not great either for a beachside apartment in the summer.
