Room was gorgeous and staff lovely
It’s really hot
The most annoying part was that we booked the hotel as a spa stay but tried for hours to get through to the spa and they just don’t answer
They eventually answered an email I sent, gave availability which I replied to and then just didn’t hear back even though I chased again so didn’t even get to use the spa!

Historical area just away from the commercialised areas.
Blend of old and new. Large spaces but not cold. Drinks by the dock, rooms are large , spacious and comfort.

Amazing deco in hotel
Air con very poor spa staff not helpful in explaining where to get your towels etc. Once working out the lockers had to go to alot to find towels plus robes.nothing in showers to wash no soap in dispenser thing before opening these things need checking.it was our first time using this spa.so very disappointed to coming here.when we tried booking it took alot to get intouch. I think this needs looking at.
