In general, facilities were good and lots of things were available in and around the hotel. The option to eat out in an a la cart restaurant was nice but having more options to do so would be great.

Food was too similar every time so we got bored with it. More live cooking stations would be beneficial. Would be nice if they give more options for eating in different restaurants with different menus. Swimming pool was a bit limited looking and water was too cold for swimming. Perhaps they could extend the heated pool a little later? Aqua park was nice but it needs a shuttle bus to get there. Water temperature in the Aqua Park could be warmer especially in the kids and slides area.

Manque des oléagineux au petit déjeuner Un poisson malodorant m'a rendu malade un soir Varier un peu plus les desserts, gâteaux et fruits surtout Proposer peut être autre chose que poulet, boeuf et poisson de temps en temps Manquait très souvent de transats à la grande piscine, certaines personnes mettant des serviettes dessus dès 8h30 sans y être spécifiquement toute la journée. Peut être ne pas trop forcer sur la participation aux animations, c'était un peu lourd et gênant quelquefois lorsqu'on n'avait pas envie de participer

Minden nagyon szép és jó, a személyzet rendkívül segítőkész, kedves, kifogástalan, gratulálok, csak így tovább! A szálloda felszereltsége, tisztasága, nem sorolom tovább, minden -minden nagyon jó! Korán reggel érkeztünk, hajnali 2 órakor, korai (reggel 6) becsekkolás szobánként 50 euróért korrektül működött! Az ételek, italok, medence, beach, minden szuper! Folyamatosan takarítanak, így gyönyörű a tisztaság. Stb.stb.stb... A kert rendezett és tiszta és fantasztikus!

Egy dolgot említenék, a medence körüljárója vadonatúj burkolatot kapott, nagyon szép lett, viszont rettenetesen csúszik!

We really enjoyed our 10 days stay in Jazz Oasis. Everything was great. The room was always clean and very cozy. The food was at a high level. The stuff was nice and friendly. Beach was very good with nice sand and beautiful lagoon. The water was a little bit cold in early March, but we still swam there few times. Pools were heated and very comfortable to swim in even in a windy days. There were great amenities in the hotel. We stayed with our 3 years old son and he had plenty things to do. Special thanks to Julia , kids club manager. She is very kind and very friendly with kids. Always entertained them with some activities. She fluently speaks English , Russian and German and could communicate with all international kids. The playground was good. Our son had many new friends there. P.S. I really recommend to take a horse riding tour. We enjoyed galloping in a desert to the beach on a beautiful Arabian horses. We even took this tour twice.
