L’emplacement de l’hôtel, le petit-déjeuner, une vue imprenable depuis la terrasse de notre chambre.

Plusieurs éléments de la salle de bain étaient fragiles, voir cassés et la porte de notre chambre semblait avoir été forcé auparavant et ne fermait pas bien. On a demandé au personnel d’y jeté un coup d’œil mais cela n’a pas été fait.

Ne vaut pas son prix !

L’emplacement et les petits cadeaux

Le personnel qui ne dit pas forcément bonjour Pour la chambre avec terrasse, une vitre était cassée, on entend le bruit des moteurs sur le toit, le canapé était taché, les câbles qui pendent aux télés, les plinthes qui se décollent, les portes de placard qui ferment pas correctement, les mauvaises herbes sur la terrasse non arrachées, du calcaire sur la faïence dans la douche. Pour du 4 étoiles ça ne vaut clairement pas son prix !!

Las fotos están muy alejadas de la realidad y el servicio no es propio de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Respecto de la habitación se trata de una publicidad totalmente engañosa, la habitación doble básica que nos tocó era interior, sin luz y sin vistas, todo lo contrario a las fotografías. Comentar que la calefacción no funcionaba, no podíamos ni subirla ni bajarla y hacía muchísimo calor. Lo comunicamos en recepción y nos dijeron que es que la calefacción del hotel se modulaba de forma central y que solo había opción de frío, calor o apagado, y que lo tenían que hacer desde recepción, pedimos que nos lo apagaran. Respecto a los servicios prestados comentar que, cuando expresamos nuestra disconformidad, nos dieron la tarjeta de otra habitación para que subiéramos a comprobar por nosotros mismos si era interior o exterior, información que debían tener ya desde el hotel y no deberían habernos hecho perder el tiempo yendo arriba y abajo. Se trató de paliar la situación cambiándonos de habitación al día siguiente, pero le comento como fue porque el servicio y el trato distó mucho de ser propio de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Tuvimos que hacer check out a las 12 y no pudimos hacer check in hasta pasadas las 15:00, es decir, toda la mañana sin disponibilidad de habitación, como si no hubiese pagado dos noche seguidas y por tanto tuviese que tener habitación para todo el fin de semana. Además del incordio de hacer maletas y tener que llevarlas a recepción y que estuviesen allí todo el día. Como era de esperar, con el cambio de habitación resultó que la nueva si tenía termostato, se encendía, se apagaba y se regulaba, curioso cómo poco que la calefacción hubiese pasado de un día para otro de central a individualizada. Estuve todo el fin de semana intentando que algún responsable del hotel se pusiera en contacto desde el viernes, llama la atención que no haya responsables disponibles en todo el fin de semana tratándose de un hotel. Cuando el lunes volví a reclamar por los perjuicios causados, han asumido la situación sin hacerse responsables.

Konum daha iyi olamazdı. Personel son derece yardımsever ve nazikti. Özellikle restoran konusunda çok güzel yerlere yönlendirdiler. Barcelona'ya tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle başka bir yer düşünmeyiz.

Szuper szálloda központi helyen :)

Központi elhelyezkedés, a több látványosságok sétatávolságra. A reptér félóra busszal, aminek megállója kb két percre a hotel melletti terén található. Kedves személyzet :)

A falak vékonyak, a szomszéd szobából a zaj átszűrődik. A reggeli ugyan finom volt de nem túl változatos, 3 napot töltöttünk itt és mindhárom nap ugyanaz volt. Hiányoltam a helyi specialitásokat, pl olivabogyo a reggelihez

Good location for solo or business travelers!

Location was perfect. Close to metro station and access to public transport. Room was small, but good for solo or business travelers. three minutes walking distance to La Rambla street, one of the main tourist area in the city. there was no kettle in the room, but when asked the reception, they have provided it.

I booked a single room and the windows in my room was facing inside the hotel! like in a circle, not a nice design! and the view from the windows was other other rooms in the hotel! and it was not comfortable at all. Not enough natural light coming to the room as well! basically even during the day, you have to turn on the light. I stayed during the winter, meanwhile the room was super hot!! and I could not turn off the heating system as it was central!, so I had to ask reception to do it from their side, even after that , it was still too hot and it really made me very uncomfortable, so I had to walk outside the hotel to get cool! I stayed 4 nights and only the last night, the temperature back to normal after turning the hearter off in second day!

Todo hermoso

el desayuno es en planta baja por lo que la gente del hall te puede ver comer. Estaria mejor en un salon aparte. Sin embargo el desayuno sobresaliente en lo que respecta a comida. Ademas el personal me hizo un upgrade de la habitacion por lo que me toco una mas amplia y comoda.

Hay que hacer un checkout y en mi caso dudaban de mi estadia alli. (les decia mi numero de habitacion y me decian que era incorrecto, llevando a una situacion tensa)

A dos pasos de las paradas del autobús del aeropuerto, del bus turístico, y de la Rambla

Sería ideal tener una pequeña máquina de café y té en la habitación y que hubiera alguna máquina expendedora de algo de comer

Le personnel formidable. La chambre spacieuse, literie confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse, baignoire avec jets massants. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une petite console pour poser ces produits personnels car pas de place sur la tablette des lavabos.

Le canapé lit qui était taché🥴. Dr grosses taches, il faudrait penser à le recouvrir. Ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel de cette classe . C’est vraiment dommage car la chambre est vraiment belle .

Die Lage ist perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Barcelona.

Die Lage ist optimal, man ist zu Fuß ganz schnell an den Ramblas, am Passeig Gracia oder im Barrio gotico. 200 m zur Metrohaltestelle Catalunya und unweit der Haltestelle Universitat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben direkt bei der Ankunft nach einem Wasserkocher gefragt und keine 5 Minuten später wurde er uns aufs Zimmer gebracht. Immer freundlich war auch der Portier an der Eingangstür. Unbedingt in den 10. Stock fahren und die traumhafte Aussicht von der Dachterrasse genießen! Im direkten Umfeld des Hotels gibt es unzählige Essensmöglichkeiten. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt sondern typisch spanisch (und günstig) im Sabanna (ca.300m vom Hotel).

The location is great. The staff was nice and polite.

Expensive: is a 2 stars hotel with price of 4 stars. The window in the room did not close proprly and because of this the air conditioning did not work. The walls were dirty. There were no bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes. The breakfast was very poor - there were no vegetables besides tomatoes and those were dirty. I don’t recommend.

Very nice located close to touristic areas and public transportation.

Conveniently located near Plaza Cataluña, and Las Ramblas, with bus stops and metro in the corner. I liked the rooms, and the support from the staff. It’s has a McDonalds in front where you can buy early breakfasts of late dinners.

I won't book again. Below my expectation for a 4-star hotel.

The location. It is near the metro station and convenient to travel around. There are lots of boutique shops and shopping malls around

I expect a 4-star hotel to provide an electric kettle and cups for coffee and tea. Sadly, they did not. We have to ask to borrow an electric kettle. And only an electric kettle. The staff told us that we had to go down to the lobby to get paper cups when we needed one. For toiletries, we have to "order" to get them. They were not readily given like other 4-star hotels.
