Located in Inverloch, this attractive house for $203 per night is a great option for your next break. Pure Shores is a 3 bedroom townhouse half a block from Inverloch main beach and 1 block from the town centre. It is an architect designed beach retreat with great views of the ocean and Anderson Inlet from the private roof deck and has all the ingredients for a relaxing beach holiday. "Invy" is a cool little sea-side village with it s own great beaches and is midway between Phillip Island and Wilson s Prom making it an awesome location to explore the Bass coast. The home has 3 levels with the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed with separate walk in robe, ensuite bathroom and TV. The 1st bedroom has 2 single beds. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Both 1st and 2nd bedrooms have built-in robes with full length mirrors. All bedrooms have electric panel heaters. Each bedroom has lockable sliding glass doors and fly wire screens to the back yard. The bedrooms have bedside cupboards and lamps. The main bathroom has a shower and spa bath. Both bathrooms include electric towel heaters, toiletries and a hair dryer. Instantaneous gas hot water system provides continuous hot water. The laundry has a washer and dryer and includes detergent etc. An iron and ironing board are in the downstairs cupboard. The first floor has an light-filled open plan lounge, living, dining and kitchen space which includes a separate relaxation lounge and a reading corner. A separate toilet is also located on this level. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry with microwave, toaster and pizza maker. We also provide some essentials such as tea, coffee, long life milk, cereals, spreads, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sauces etc. There is a large fridge freezer, an electric kettle, electric oven, gas cooktop, range hood and dishwasher. A filtered water tap is located at the sink. Kitchen wares and cooking utensils are provided. The lounge has a smart TV with Netflix, Youtube etc included and accessible from the remote. Free wifi is available throughout the home. The remote control for the split system air-conditioner is located near the fridge. An electric panel heater is located near the relaxation lounge. The coffee table has a sliding compartment with games/puzzles for the kids. The dining area has a six seater dining table which can be extended. The roof deck has a table and chairs, barbecue and ice bucket provided for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. A sun umbrella is available. The secure backyard has an eight seater outdoor setting and a lounge chair. A 2 car carport is located at the front of the property and an outdoor shower to wash off the beach after a swim is near the front door. A walkway down the side of the house to the backyard is where the clothes line is located and the rubbish bins are stored.

Well equipped property in a great location with easy access to beach and shops. Great communication from the owner who was generous in providing some supplies and helpful at sorting any issues out. Would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with how roomy and clean the place was. We could walk to the beach, the shops etc, did not use the car once after we arrived. The beds are comfy, the area was quiet, so slept well. The provisions were above what we expected, did not need to take anything other than fresh food. Even good olive oil, spices and condiments were provided. Highly recommend - except for disabled because of the stairs.

Lovely house, close to the beach and town centre. Very convenient. Fur baby was very happy. Owner, Trevor was friendly and responsive. Pantry was well stock. It is a home away from home. Thank you Trevor. We had a great stay and will definitely be back again.

Our family really appreciated saying at Pure Shores. Tee cation was very convenient to the town centre and the inlet beach. It was very clean and comfortable accommodation. The host has thought of every detail and included and very well stocked kitchen. We want to stay again soon.

It's the shortest walk to the beach and town. Great views from the rooftop deck. And the house is huge. Many extra little things are in the house that we didn't expect. We didn't get a chance to use it all during our stay.

Very well maintained. Excellent location. Well stocked with everything you need. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Shops and cafes all around the corner. Beach is stone throw away. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend. Will be back.

We found the house very clean and comfortable. Excellent kitchen and condiments provided. The beds were very good. Location was central to main st , only a few minutes walk to shops, park and beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Very happy.

Perfect location for a getaway. Lovely house and easy owner to deal with. Well appointed kitchen for breakfasts, and an easy stroll to the Espy for dinner. Yacht club / boat ramp and beach access a 2 min walk. Appreciated the covered parking when arriving in the rain.

We loved our time at Invy. A beautiful well appointed comfortable home with rooftop views of the bay and a treed courtyard on ground level. So close to the lovely beach and town but still quiet in a nice street locale. Little ones and those with mobility issues need to be mindful of stairs, but fine for us. Great communication with the owner Trevor thank you. Highly recommend and we will be returning! 😊
