About this house rental

Situated in Inverloch, this charming house for $178 per night is a great choice for your next trip. You will love the relaxed atmosphere of the Inverloch Beach Retreat. It's the perfect place to unwind and create wonderful holiday memories. Located on the Wonthaggi side of Inverloch, the house is a 12-minute walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, a 10-minute walk to the family beach and a 5-minute drive to the surf beach. Upstairs is bright and spacious comprising of an open plan lounge/dining room/full kitchen. There is a wood heater and reverse cycle air conditioning. The deck overlooks the sunny courtyard and spacious fenced garden. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blankets and built in robes. The other bedrooms each have two single beds, all with electric blankets, ceiling fans and have either built in robes or freestanding cupboards/draws. Sheets, doonas/covers, pillows/cases and blankets are provided. You will need to provide your own beach and shower towels and hand towels for the bathroom. Things to see and do during your stay: There are videos and books for both adults and children as well as indoor and outdoor games to enjoy. Inverloch has a great range of activities available to keep you active during your stay including beach activities, walks along the beach, enjoying local cafes, shopping and farmers/makers markets. Explorers can look for the last remains of the Amazon shipwreck and the fossilised ancient dinosaur foot print, enjoy nature walks and bird watching. For more adventure try surfing, canoeing, fishing golfing or riding along the bike paths. Inverloch's central location on the Bass Coast also makes it an ideal place to stay and explore the region. Day trips could include driving through the rolling hills to discover quaint villages, cafes and galleries in the beautiful, hinterland villages of Bass Coast, coastal walks (don't forget to walk across the century-old Trestle Bridge in Kilcunda), visiting the State Coal Mine in Wonthaggi, Coal Creek Community Park & Museum in Korumburra, Wilson's Promontory or Phillip Island's attractions. ***IMPORTANT*** This is a non-smoking property Limit of two cars at the property NO PETS ALLOWED NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS OR PARTIES NOTE: The house is for a maximum of six people. ***BOOKING INFORMATION*** Owners reserve the right to refuse any booking 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to booking date. A bond of $100 is required and will be fully refunded after return of keys if the property is left clean and tidy with no damage. Check In is no earlier than 2.00 pm on the first date of booking. An early Check in may be requested but acceptance depends on availability. Check Out is no later than 10.00 am after the last booked night.

Stayed for 3 nights during the Inverloch Jazz Festival early August 2023. NIce, easy walk into town. Only negative was that the place smelled somewhat musty when we arrived - a few opened windows soon solved that minor problem. Would stay again.

Great stay at Sarah’s place. Perfect location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Loved the layout of the house with the kitchen and living area upstairs so you could enjoy the view of the trees and skyline. Kids loved playing in the yard with the outdoor games. Looking to book again!

An attractive two storey house on a nicely treed block in an ideal location: close to town and beaches. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. The upstairs area is large, light filled, airy and open, with plenty of comfortable seating; down stairs the bedrooms are comfortable too, and remain surprisingly cool even on warm days. We were particularly impressed by the children’s books, games and toys, which are carefully chosen. Overall, this is a smart, cared for and comfortable holiday house. We had a wonderful week here.

Walking distance to the beach, shops and parks, the house was perfect for our young family or any family. We could just sit and relax on the balcony whilst kids played with some supplied games from the games cupboard.

This place was perfect for our little family of four. Bedrooms downstairs, living upstairs and plenty of things to do inside on rainy days. Great communication with the owners made it a seamless experience

We found the location of the property just perfect for walking and biking with easy access to trails and beach. It was very private and quiet in an established part of Inverloch with little awareness of any neighbours. The upstairs living area is light and bright with a particularly inviting reading corner which we used well! Just be aware when you arrive that on Stayz it's listed as No 21 but on the door it has No 23. For us it ticked all the proverbial boxes and we hope to return soon.

Loved my weekend away with my sister. The top dining/lounge was perfect for my need of an open sky and comfortable spaces. It had everything we needed and the walks to the beach morning and afternoon. I would book into this house again.

We really enjoyed staying in this property. The house has everything you need (and more): the kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable (there were extra blankets/pillows), there are books, games, movies, magazines...Everything is organised and clean. We loved the living area and the spacious backyard. The neighbourhood is quiet and it is not far from the beach. Sarah is super kind, the communication was excellent. I highly recommend this place.
