Situated in Inverloch, this lovely house for $199 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to 28 Anderson Ave, an old fashioned small holiday rental in the beautiful seaside village of Inverloch. The property is fully fenced and pets are more than welcome.The off lead dog beach is at the end of the street, as is the beautiful Anderson Inlet, best place to swim. We provide Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, as well as 'Mor' guest amenities. The house has 2 queen size beds and one double, open plan kitchen, living and dining, a large outdoor deck, a shady front verandah. The house has split system heating and cooling. The bathroom has, bath, shower, toilet, as well as a second seperate wc, and shower in the is a large flat screen tv, DVD player, and we provide a good selection of DVDs, CDs and books. We believe a pet friendly rental means just that,pets are welcome inside the property as well as outside, we provide dog bowls and toys. We are close to the tennis courts and the inlet beach as well as the beautiful Thompsons reserve. We have a well equipped kitchen , a bbq area for all those wonderful summer nights. The garden is mainly native, providing lovely shady areas to sit and listen to the birds. It is about a 10 minute walk into town and a short drive to the surf beach. we provide lots of information on the town and surrounding areas and are always available to answer any questions or recommendations you require. We provide a good store cupboard for your use so you don't have to worry about salt, olive oil, jams etc, beach towels are also provided. We stayed for 5 nights. Very pleasant and cosy cottage. Extremely surprised by the food that was provided for us by our host Jean. Fresh fruit,chocolates, bacon, eggs, butter, jams, croissants, cake and more. Thank you. Great outdoor options for sitting and relaxing. Would highly recommend and we all hope to return.

My husband and I loved everything about this property. It has a great location, walking distance to shops and beach. The communication with the property manager was seamless. She is spoiling her holiday makers with all kind of goodies, which was a nice surprise on arrival. The house and pantry is stocked with everything you possibly would need for a short stay and more. The property manager Jean is such a gem! The house is roomy and has everything for your convenience. The yard was great for our doggy, so she had a great stay as well. We can highly recommend this property!

All the comforts of home. Fruit and pastries were a lovely welcome The fenced yard for our little dog was fantastic who really loved it. Great location to the beach and walk into town. Jean certainly knows how to look after her guests. A truly relaxing time was enjoyed

Loved this home for our weekend away. As the weather was a little chilly, having the heater on when we arrived was a nice touch! Also loved the scones, chocs and fruit that were provided for us to enjoy. It really was a home away from home as everything was provided. Would definitely recommend for a lovely stay in a lovely town

Such a lovely long weekend stay at 28 Anderson with family. The house is perfectly comfortable and Jean provided more than enough for us in terms of both basics and more. The dog beach down the road was a huge hit. Will certainly return, if we can.

My husband and myself stayed two nights here with our pooch. Everything was immaculate and the host had left extras for us to enjoy . The yard was great for our little dog ,well fenced. It is also not too far from the main centre ,we walked there and back , and we are seniors , so definitely not to strenuous .

I had a lovely stay with my mum and our dogs. Jean provided many items we were not expecting which were greatly appreciated. The house is grest for dogs with a secure and interesting space for them. The beds are very comfortable. Close to everything. Couldn't ask for more!

Wow. We had such a relaxing stay. Everything was provided for. Its a lovely home. Very cosy and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Beautiful deck to sit with a coffee and listen to the birds in the morning. Dogs are welcomed and the yard is very safe for them to run around outside. Every comfort you could think of. Wasn't intending to eat all the choc brownies and croissants - but we did! Great location. Wonderful host and hospitality that is rare these days. Thank you.

First visit to 28 Anderson with our adult children and dogs. Communication with Jean was fantastic. We arrived around 6pm to find Jean had turned the heating on for us. She’d also left us with everything we needed for a yummy breakfast - croissants, homemade muffins, danishes - along with a well-stocked fridge and pantry for us to use. The yard was fully fenced. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Inverloch. Thanks again Jean!

You can’t go wrong with this one. Cosy, clean holiday cottage in Inverloch where the host has thought of everything. Lots of nice places to sit, cute backyard and well stocked fridge and pantry. Inverloch is big enough to have all you need and nothing you don’t want. Fantastic ❤️

We had such a wonderful break here and will be back! We opened the door to squeals of 'ooh's' and 'aah's' at the presentation of the accommodation and the provisions provided. I must say I felt very spoilt! Every possible want was provided for and the owner's pride and love shows in this property- it felt like home away from home. Thank you Jean for your wonderful hospitality.

We took a short break with our Labradors. The property had everything to ensure total relaxation. Lovely private garden, a welcoming home and host, a fridge and pantry equipped well over and above expectations and a dog friendly, leash free beach at the end of the street. Couldn’t possibly ask for more, we will be back.

The property was fantastic great for all especially for our dogs with the beach a few minutes walk away which they loved this property is truly dog friendly. On arrival Jean was very thoughtful and generous with the treats she left out for us truly appreciated by all. A truly charming house which I would love to book again when visiting Inverloch . jean was very easy to communicate with and I thank you for letting us stay in your home.
