About this condo rental
Located in Palm Springs, this charming condo for $450 per night is a great choice for your next break. This property had a complete renovation with all new kitchen cabinets, granite, Stainless Steel appliances, carpet, paint & lots of new furniture. This property is very private, in fact, one of the only private pools left in Ventana Del Sol. It's an end unit and feels more like a home. Just installed a new remote controlled pool & yard unit, it makes operating the pool equipment a breeze, now you can sit back and enjoy the VERY private pool & spa hassel free. This is just about the best location in Palm Springs, just four blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, one block from the convention Center and two blocks from the Spa Hotel and Casino. It's only a five minute ride to the Airport. Includes covered, (gated) off street parking. This townhome is a vacation place like no other with its own private pool and spa with a backdrop of the most beautiful mountain views anywhere. The interior is adorned with taste and comfort & is kept impeccably clean, most of my renters have been back over & over again. One Master Suite, 1 1/2 baths, a Den with a comfortable Queen sofa sleeper which will sleep two additional guests. Enjoy the stone fireplace in the livingroom or watch your favorite TV program or DVD on one of two Flat screen TVs, free wireless internet and local / long distance phone calls to anywhere in the USA & Canada. Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub….who could ask for more. I appreciated the in person check-in process. Really makes one feel welcomed. Would stay here again and again, even though, it seems very roomy for one person. I enjoyed the space a lot.

The home is centrally located in Palm Springs. Close to everything. The amenities are as described and better. It's in a very quiet location and the property is gated. Looking forward to staying at this home in the future. Bob is a great host and very accommodating.

We love Palm Springs, so we took a gamble on visiting during the peak of summer. This condo was the perfect choice -- great location near downtown Palm Springs, spacious and comfortable floorplan, very nicely appointed, and the private pool was a great way to beat the heat. The owner and property managers were very accommodating hosts. Altogether made for a lovely, restful weekend escape.

Bob and his team are welcoming and friendly. The home was comfortable, clean and secure. We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and pool and I appreciated the comfortable bed and nice linens - this is something I don't often find at vacation rentals.The proximity to the Palm Springs Convention Center was convenient as well as the short walk to downtown. Speaking of the kitchen, it had everything we needed, including a full set of knives, pots & pans, even plenty of tea and coffee. It is located in a fantastic location within easy walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and we enjoyed meeting and chatting with the very friendly neighbors on our daily dog walks around the block and at Ruth Hardy Park, which is only about 2 blocks away. It was very hot in Palm Springs the week we were there, so the private pool was a lifesaver! We never tired of the incredible view of the mountains from the patio/pool area, where we spent a lot of our time. Bob and his property manager Jeremy were both friendly and easy to contact when we needed to. Check in/out was super easy too. All in all, it was a perfect retreat for the two of us and our dog. We're looking forward to booking this rental again when we return to Palm Springs!

Excellent Getaway!
I rented this beautiful condo for my husband’s birthday, so glad I did. The condo has all of the amenities you will need. It’s clean had everything we wanted, pool, jacuzzi, fully stocked kitchen. Our host was great and very accommodating. We will definitely rent this property again on future visits to Palm Springs.

An Oasis In The Desert
We were in Palm Springs during a heat wave. Temperatures hit 118 degrees during our stay. The condo was a cool haven during the hottest part of the day. Well equipped, lovely mid century. If road noise bothers you, might not be the property for you. Only heard in front patio are where pool is. Didn’t bother us at all. Great location as well.

As a frequent visitor to Palm Springs, my husband and I wanted to find a place with a private pool. I saw the reviews of this property and we booked it. We loved it! Such a comfortable condo with its own private pool. Perfect for the two of us who love to lay out, read and relax by the pool. The condo was very clean, very well stocked, especially the kitchen. Bob was exceptionally responsive any time I reached out. And it is within walking distance from down town. We would definitely rent this lovely condo again!

Awesome Villa!
We loved the privacy of our own pool, great location and we were greeted by Miguel which was so nice. He even gifted us champagne when we told him we were celebrating our anniversary. We had issues with the both of the TV/cable boxes but not a big deal. The kitchen could use a few cutting boards other than that it’s fully equipped with quality products. Thank you Bob for making our stay amazing at your fabulous Villa. We will definitely book again.
