On arrival home smelled strongly of marijuana. The master bed needs to be replaced, uncomfortable and creaks so loudly. The dryer doesn’t work, after 70 minutes of heat dry, towels were all still very wet. The hot tub had so many chemicals it ruined our swimsuits bleaching all color out.
We had stayed at this home a few years back and has severely declined unfortunately. The decor makes it fun but the amenities now aren’t worth the stay at this time,

This is a small two bedroom cabin, that is very cozy. Fire place was a great accent and the Hot tub was so relaxing. Close to village. If you want fancy then go to a hotel, but a cozy winter retreat, this is perfect.

The house was nice and cozy for my family to get away for a couple of days. I enjoyed the hot tub, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies.

Cozy, clean, quiet, all the amenities.

The way the cabin is decorated is cute. I think it has been updated from some of the old reviews I read and they were good updates! I loved the fireplace and it kept us nice and warm.

The place is not very well taken care of gutters full too dusty fingerprints all over on windows and sliding doors.

The property was very clean and accommodating. Not really a big fan of the Cabin theme and the excessive amount of wildlife featured in the home. More of a personal preference than a negative. The only real knock was the bed which was extremely uncomfortable. The location is excellent in relationship to store, restaurants and shopping. We love the Sunriver atmosphere. Unfortunately, the weather was not to good for the Labor Day Weekend.

Had a great time. Cute place with a rustic cabin feel. Had newer appliances. Could use new beds. The bed we slept in was very squeaky. Gave location a 3 because of the proximity to the train which comes through several times a day. Could use a fan in the great room. The gas fireplace was warm although we didn’t use it.

We had a great time! The dog loved the deer that roamed through the backyard all day!

Not your everyday home away from home but an entrancing western mountain cabin thanks to the design and decoration. Totally fun atmosphere that transports you to a mountain getaway.

Overall the house is great and cosy but found some cleanliness issues like dog hair on the bedsheet, spider web in the bathtub.
Also the tv stopped working in the middle of the day.

Let me preface this by saying I am not a neat freak and I usually give 5 star reviews and a comment like “great place for a family” or “lovely!”
But this place needs some serious feedback. We paid over $1200 for two nights and the place was really cramped, dusty, and falling apart. It was truly disappointing.
So many lamps, so little light. Really. There are lamps everywhere, even fake decorative lamps. We had to move lamps off the (many) tables in order to place the fans in front of the windows to cool the house down.
So many fans, so much filth. It’s nice they provided fans for this non-A/C house, but the fans are all coated in dirt and dust. I tried to vacuum them but nothing budged. They need a thorough wipe-down, inside and out. And get rid of some of those lamps.
So many tchotchkes, and SO MUCH DUST AND COBWEBS. I feel bad for the people whose impossible job it is to clean this place. There are so many wooden fish and ducks and lures and antlers and skis and nets and pictures hanging on the walls and from the ceiling—the items hanging from the ceiling are especially dirty. So gross.
So much of this house is falling apart: chipped Formica in the kitchen, wobbly floor tiles, corroding bathroom sink, rusty bathroom fixtures. It’s really in disrepair. And the mattresses are hard and noisy. We felt like we were trying to sleep on a trampoline. The bed shook and bounced whenever one of us turned over. The mattresses and box springs must be 30 years old.
So many televisions, but none of them work. There is a Blu-ray player in one bedroom but no discs. The DVD player is in the other bedroom but the crate of DVD cases is in the living room. Perhaps the cable actually works, but we spent a couple hours trying to figure it out and couldn’t. The manual just has generic directions about how every cable system is different!
So many kitchen items, so little space. Are 6 strainers really necessary? A half dozen beverage pitchers, including a blender without a base? 20 gazillion glasses? People need space to store food other than the counter tops. Oh, and we bought some salt to fill the salt shakers for the next people. It would be nice to make sure there is at least salt, pepper, and sugar instead of empty containers for them. Also, a dish drainer would be helpful for hand-washed items. The fridge, stove, and dishwasher were all newer and nice. The cabinets are high and a step stool would be helpful.
It was nice that we could bring our dog, but to be truly pet friendly, please install screens on the doors so people can get the airflow into this stuffy cabin without their dog running out. Also, the deck could use a railing and gates so people can sit outside with their dog without having to keep them on leash the whole time.
Another nice thing was the hot tub, however I could feel a ring of grime around the upper edge and that was gross.
So many chairs for just four people. Seating for ten in this small space?! Really? How about making room to walk around without tripping. I thought this place was limited to four people… so why at least 16 seats randomly spread around the deck?
It was close to the Village mall so that was nice, and we appreciated the SHARC passes but overall, we feel like we were taken advantage of.

Very nice little place for a long weekend getaway! It was so close to the Sunriver village where we could walk to it and had all of the amenities for cooking meals. Hot tub was in great condition as well and felt great while it was cold outside.

Third time staying in this house and still enjoy it. For just 2 adults and our dog, this is perfect. We were happy to find a couple upgrades since last December and nicely restocked kitchen wares. We look forward to doing it again!

This was a great house for our small group of 4 and had a big deck and hot tub and lots of outdoor furniture. Weather was extremely hot and with no AC and a few fans (2 in house did not work and were not replaced when asked, but only asked one time) and we brought a couple also. House did not cool down. Most houses we have rented in 30+ years do not have AC, but weather has not been this hot. We liked all the cabin decorations....some really cool things....and beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked. Very close to mall and loved to bike and walk there. Close to railroad tracks, but train only came by a couple times a day and kids loved to watch it and it was not too loud and went by quickly. Would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at this house before and thought it was great for our family of three. This time, however, the internet was spotty at best, and dropped us over and over again. We talked to the maintenance people at Vacasa who looked into it for us, but determined the owners need to upgrade their system. Of course, we don’t go to Sun River for the wifi, but not having it was problematic for checking in with work. Seems this problem could be easily remedied, but not in time for our visit.

This home was clean, easy to access, and full of fun decor. We enjoyed the Sharc passes and appreciated that the home provided towels we could take. The hot tub on the back deck was very well maintained. We were 5 min from anywhere in Sunriver. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We loved this house. Location perfect. Can walk down to the village. Don't be discouraged by the train tracks or no ac. We slept with the windows open and a fan in the bedroom window. It was hot outside during the day but house stayed cool. At night we even got too cold and never woke up to the train. They do not blow horn and the house did not shake. Only downside is we asked for early checkin and/ or late check out and were denied. We even drove by the house early multiple times and no one appeared there or cleaning so we were frustrated we couldn't check in early but whatever, we just drank at the village till we could check in at 4.

Proximity to the Village can’t be beat. The hot tub was nice and clean. There were plenty of towels for the bath, hot tub and kitchen. If you plan on cooking, be sure to bring basic seasonings and oil etc. We enjoyed the cabin and would stay again!

Cute and cozy cabin retreat. We enjoyed it. Only drawback is the train tracks at the rear side of the property. 3 trains came through in the night. Otherwise, wonderful!

Beautiful Sunriver cabin. We had a fabulous time!

It definitely wasn't as clean as it could have been. It needs lighting for the hot tub, it has none at all. The outside lighting is so dim I had to buy a flashlight just to use the grill. Hot tub is very difficult for us to get into. There should be steps provided. Beds are not accessible for senior citizens. The whole place needs a general update. Not worth the money that was charged. Very disappointed. We have stayed at Sunriver before and was very pleased.
Thanks for listening.

Good house, killer location.
This house is perfect for a little getaway and it’s the 2nd time we stayed there. We enjoy the decor - it adds some charm and you always notice something new. We appreciate that it’s dog friendly and is the perfect place to walk to all the big draws in Sunriver. My only complaints are that I haven’t ever located a baking sheet either time we’ve stayed there and that the mattresses are really not so good. Otherwise it’s well stocked with a nice layout. We had a great time in the snow!
