My wife son and I stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately there was no snow this December but the host was prompt to make sure we had what we needed to get in. The place was clean up on arrival and has Internet and TV for downtime. Overall A+ host and accomodations

Julie was great! Her little cabin in Sunriver was the perfect Thanksgiving getaway for my family. Complete with fireplace and kitchenette. Close walk to lodge for lightshow. Thank you.

Excellent location, everything you need is there, a cozy place for a weekend with my granddaughter. I wouldn’t recommend for two couples as the hide-a-bed couch mattress is not suitable for adults, but my granddaughter found it worked for her, so not a big deal for us. Thanks to Julie , who was a great communicator and made us very welcome.

My husband and I scheduled a last minute place to stay for a friends wedding. The condo was the perfect place to stay. The condo was clean and cozy and Julie was so easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at Julie's condo with our two young children. It was in a perfect location with ample parking. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep small meals. Having the SHARC passes was great, we went there everyday. We loved the 1.2m bike ride, our 4 year really improved his biking skills on this trip! Our only issue was with the pullout sofa, it was really creaky and made the kids wake up easily. We solved this by pulling the mattress on to the ground and had no other issues. Julie is very responsive, we would be glad to rent from her again!

This condo was adorably decorated and less than 0.5 miles from the Sunriver Village. We enjoyed the waterpark and the proximity of everything. The only downfall was no air conditioning, but the cool nighttime temperatures made it easy to cool it off.

This Studio is in a Great Location at Sunriver. The Condo itself is very clean, and has most of the comforts that You would have at Home. Do make sure to bring a small steamer/iron if You need to use one for Your clothes, but other than that, this studio is well equipped for a short stay. Check in was very convenient, and fast. Location is adjacent to the resort. Although I did not have the time to use them, the Condo comes with 4 Sharc Passes. Blessed Travels to All!

My family members who stayed at your condo had problems finding parking when they arrived. They came in late and all the parking was taken. I believe this is an ongoing problem in Sun River during the summer. I assumed the condo had air conditioning but it doesn’t and the summer days are becoming hotter. It was also musty because of this. I would recommend installing a/c to make it more comfortable for summer guests. Otherwise it was well furnished and comfortable.

The property location is great right by the lodge and trails. The condo has all the amenities you need for a short stay. It is a mini frig so prepare accordingly. The condo is not part of the resort so you do not have access to the Cove pool or the free bike rentals that are part of the IV resort property. You do have access to the SHARC community pool. For the SHARC pool you can not bring in your own food or drinks and need to bring your own towels.

The rental was perfect for a couple. They have done a great job with the limited space but don't expect large kitchen appliances. Location is great, close to the lodge and village. Great bike/walking path access to the river/airport loop. The host, Julie was easy to communicate with.

We were in the area for a wedding and spent three nights. The apartment was well stocked- there was even a clothing steamer. Comfy bed and thick towels. Great value for the price.

This was our 1st stay at a VRBO. We were very pleased. It was reasonably priced, clean, very comfortable bed and extra blankets if needed, kitchenette had all the dishes, pots, etc. we needed. Only 2 points that could be improved for us were the couch was too soft (for people with back problems) to enjoy in the evening and basic directions for wall heaters for those who don't use them normally. We enjoyed our time here. Thank you very much for letting us stay.

This condo was a perfect spot for a short getaway for my wife and me. It has been well renovated and the owners have added their personal touches which help the space to feel like a home away from home. We had a lovely time at this property in Sunriver. The little details added up to make things special in this place. All the cute mugs, the board games, ALL the hooks, the mat you can use for dirty hiking shoes, the extras in the kitchen and bathroom ensuring you didn’t have to buy basic items = a worry free stay. Plus, the cleanliness was top notch and the bed was comfy. We didn’t use any of the amenities provided with the pool pass, but if we’d had more time, that is such an awesome bonus. Anyway, 10/10 recommend for anyone visiting Bend!!!!

My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights here in September. Condo unit is exactly as pictured/listed. It’s clean and tidy and great for a couple. I personally wouldn’t want any more people in the unit with me. We were able to make daily breakfasts in the unit despite it being just a kitchenette. One night we even used the barbecue to make burgers at home and just grabbed a pre made deli salad at the Market in the Village as a side dish. It was great! I think my favorite thing was the location. It was close to the Village and to SunRiver Lodge which was really nice for walking around and not needing a car the whole time. Great communication from Julie, the owner.

Beautiful place, great furnishings. I would just suggest the bathroom door be attached to a slider at the bottom to hold it steady and so people might not be able to see through to the shower. Thank you 😊

Property looks exactly like photos, there were no surprises. Wifi works great. Sunriver does not have great cell service so wifi is a must. SHARC passes gave us access to the owners boat launch. We left a car at the launch so we could exit there and launched from the bridge. Walking distance to the Village for coffee, meals, and equipment rentals. Perfect place for an active couple to stay in Sunriver. Would be a tight fit with four but doable.
