This dog-friendly Sunriver condo is located on the 15th fairway of the Meadows Golf Course. You'll have beautiful views of both the course and Mt. Bachelor, as well as six SHARC passes to use during your stay. The location is perfect! You're just a short walk to the Village and SHARC, and the sledding hill is just minutes away. And with a universal electric vehicle charger (a 40 amp Level 2 charger equipped with a J1772 plug) in the garage, you'll never have to worry about how to get around. The living area has a new air purifying system, a gas fireplace, and high vaulted ceilings. Amenities include two TVs, DVDs, VCRs, and a stereo. The Central Oregon sunsets are nothing short of spectacular! At approximately 1,010 square feet, this wonderful condominium features one bedroom with a loft and two baths. There is a queen bedroom downstairs and a brand new king bed in the loft. If you do bring up to two dogs, there is just an additional nightly fee. This condo sleeps four guests and has golf course views. Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Another family trip is a success. We have stayed in this condo several years in a row. It is well equipped for people who prefer to dine-in. It is also close to the SHARC which is perfect with littles in tow.

The property was fantastic. Nicely furnished and appointed. No dishwasher soap was a minor inconvenience. The SHARC was a kids only facility. No adults area. So unless you like a little screaming and pee in your pool you can avoid it. Everything else was great. I will do it again but next time skip the swimming trunks.

I would give this unit a 5 if it wasn’t for Vacasa’s lack of care. Very disappointed in how dirty and in need of maintenance this unit required. Dirty, sticky kitchen floor, cabinet and refrigerator handles. Island counter had greasy spots all over it. Dirty dishes and utensils in the drawers and cabinets. Spots in the carpet. Dirty handprints on walls and doors. Every window screen downstairs had major holes in them. Upstairs toilet did not flush properly. We spent the first hour of our vacation cleaning the unit and washing dishes/utensils. To Vacasa’s credit, we were refunded a portion of our cleaning deposit. Vacasa was alerted about the holes in the screens, and we were told maintenance would be in contact, but that never happened. In a unit that doesn’t have A/C, you have to have windows open to cool things off at night, but with these holes, every mosquito, moth, and gnat in Sunriver came through the screen holes. I finally bought some wide tape to do a makeshift repair to keep the bugs out, no thanks to Vacasa. We come to Sunriver every September. I will never use Vacasa again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy townhouse. Location was great and check-in/check-out was super easy. It snowed a lot so the shovel came in handy and the driveway/pathways were quickly plowed. While the kitchen was fully stocked the cookware was mostly outdated. The beds were too soft for us and the bathrooms were tiny. Not luxury compared to some of the other Sunriver rentals but a good base camp.

Location is premium! Easy access to SHARC, Village, bike trails, and the golf course is beautiful and peaceful. The condo was clean, had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the television and DVD players, a brief explanation or labeling on the remotes would be very helpful. We hope to stay here again next year!

This condo is so cute and fit our needs perfectly! Right across the street from the SHARC with ample passes, large back yard off the golf course with plenty of room for the kids and the dog to run and play, and less than a mile walk to the Village. We enjoyed relaxing inside during the summer thunderstorm, then spending the rest of our week outside. The beds were average but comfortable enough, the kitchen well equipped for any cook, loved the bikes in the garage, and we can’t wait to come back!!

This place comes so close to having it all. Very well equipped with most everything you would want. Furniture is clean and very comfortable. View of the golf course with lots of walking/biking paths. SHARC passes were a bonus that we used for pickelball. The only downside we found was that there was no air conditioner (like so many places in the PNW). Unfortunately, during our 2 week stay, temperatures exceeded 100 degrees for a few days. While it did finally cool down at night, it was well past mid-night before it was comfortable inside the condo. As much as we liked the unit, we would think twice about staying again, at least in July/August.

Loved the location, super clean and updated unit! Silly like, but loved the fact that they had spices and oil to use in the kitchen, a nice add so we didn't need to buy everything like that. Can't wait to stay again!

We have enjoyed this property and the Mountain View Lodges many times. We like the view, proximity to Village and Resort. The bike and walking trails are great too. The only thing we noticed was that the unit didn’t have a broom and the Lodgepole pines really drop a lot of pine needles!

Lots of water pressure and hot water. Cozy gas fireplace and view of the golf course made for perfect people watching. Condo was spotless! Great location just down from the Sharc and close to the Village. We loved our stay. Would highly recommend!
