Nestled in Fraser, this charming condo for $263 per night is a great option for your next break. The condo is located at Beaver Village within walking distance of downtown Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park resort. The unit is in building 5; has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The second room has a full over full bunk with full trundle and its own private bath (two sinks). There is also a full pull out couch in the living room. The property is on the top floor with vaulted ceilings and sky lights allowing a lot of natural light. High definitionTV next to a gas fireplace. Out on the patio is a gas grill for your use anytime. The unit has access to a clubhouse within the property that has an indoor pool and three hot tubs! Other amenities include: laundry facility, free movies, lounge area with fireplace and TV as well as free WIFI access. The views of the rocky mountains from the condo are amazing. There are two complimentary shuttles used to get to the ski slopes or around Winter Park and Fraser: A private shuttle provided by Beaver Village that leaves every 10minutes back and forth to the ski slopes; and the county provides another free shuttle (The Ride) around the year to the slopes and restaurants.

Overall, this unit is great. While I am rating this as 5, it is more like 4.5 as there is room for improvement. Management team communicates effectively and timely. For example, with the TV in the living room not working properly, we contacted the manager and he responded quickly from the East Coast. We were able to troubleshoot and identify the issue. The layout of the condo is great and plenty of room for everyone to roam. The unit is also on the Winter Park shuttle route, it was easy for us to jump on the shuttle to the resort. The club house has two hot tubs and a heated pool. Suggestions to make this unit a true 5 stars: While there are enough pots and pans, at the same time there are only 5 spoons, one dish towel, minimum serving dishes, and there is no pot holders or serving utensils..There were no storage in bedrooms so we had to layout our stuff on the floors. And finally, it would be nice to ensure things work properly before customers check-in, like the TV and Fireplace.

Our first stay in Colorado, condo was clean and neat, perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. The property owner was excellent to work with, very helpful and quick to reply. Location was a short drive to Winter Park & Grandby. I would recommend this vrbo.

We had a wonderful experience at this property! Obi was professional and very responsive to questions and a last minute flex due to severe weather. Clean condo, comfy beds, good wifi, great water pressure, plenty of dishes and cookware, solid selection of condiments for cooking and a great clubhouse with pool and hot tubs. The fire was the perfect spot to dry our wet gloves and boots- while we made a cozy meal and watched Netflix on the host account. Nothing was a surprise- property was just as described and as seen in the pics. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (that I was aware of) but that was not an issue for my group. The stairs were covered (so no snow and dry/safe to navigate) and walks were clear of snow before we woke up. This property is so close to downtown WP and maybe 5 min from the WP base and 8-10 from MJ parking. Safeway grocery is about 10 min the opposite direction. The shuttle stopped in front of the condo but we elected to drive to stay on our own schedule with kids. Verizon and T Mobile phone plans worked great- no issues with reception. Great value- would 100% stay here again.!! Thanks Obi!

This condo provided everything that our family needed for a nice, relaxing vacation. We even got to experience seeing fireworks from the town and a couple of Moose friends that visited the parking lot.

This place is in a great location! Our family of 4 had plenty of space. The main living area is super cozy and the fireplace was a necessity after a day on the mountain. We used the pool and spa at the amenity building, which was close to the condo. Obinna, the owner of the condo, was very accommodating and great to work with. We were greeted with a welcome note and bowl of candy, which the kids enjoyed. We will definitely try to book this place again in the future!
