We celebrated the Christmas holiday here and we loved the house, it was very comfortable. We were able to cook a full Christmas meal. The kitchen is stocked pretty well, but we did bring some of our favorite tools from home. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. The house is close enough to town, but far enough away to avoid the traffic nightmare that was Estes with all the construction. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Stayed at home for son 's wedding in Estes Park. Was a great location to venue, downtown Ests Park and Rocky Mountain Park. House was beautiful, great accomodations even pack n play for one yr old granson. Enjoyed the surroundings (deer slept under shade trees in front yard). Hot tub on porch very nice. We just wished we could have had more time to relax at property, so much going on with wedding.Would go back to house, thank you for the wonderful way you quickly answered all questions.

Had enough room for us and enjoyed our time in the park. We visited in some hot weather and had difficulties cooling the house down a couple days due to limited windows and no air conditioning. Overall was a great visit and enjoyed our stay.

The property was just right for our family’s needs. It was close enough to the sites we wanted to see and experience and separated enough to unwind and focus on our time together. The hot tub is a nice plus after a hike in the rain. Owners are great communicators, too, ready to answer any questions.

I gave it all 5 stars and Steve and team were great to work with. I do think the property could be improved with a little effort. A new mattress in the master would help. Also the Wifi/internet needs to be improved if possible. A door for the basement would also make that space work better if someone chose to sleep down there. All in all, a nice property, clean, and well-maintained.

The location of the property is excellent if you want to enjoy both Estes Park and RMNP. Great deck and hot tub. Huge dining table for meals and games. The only negative is there are only two wine glasses. Would be nice if there were a few more as the only other glasses are heavy mason jars.

It was exactly what we needed. The location was incredible, we spent a lot of our time on the giant deck, in the hot tub, and taking in the views. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Estes.

Needed a place to call home between hikes out in RMNP -- the property fit the bill and the hot tub was a massive plus!

Colorado did not disappoint. Not only is this rental very close to both Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park, there was tons of wildlife all over throughout the neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent location to RMNP and city of Estes. Home very clean and stocked with basic essentials. Loved the hot tub. Will definitely stay again.

Kitchen poorly furnished. Only 6 small repurposed jelly glasses and 2 pint jars for drinking. No salad plates, no butter dish and no storage containers. Only 2 placemats. Frying pan was completely warn out with much of the nonstick surface missing. Nice set of knives but there wasn't a knife you could slice a tomato with. The frig was difficult to use and belonged in a small apartment.
There was mildew in the bath and shower and thick dust in the window sills.
The screen on the main bedroom door was missing. That made it difficult to get any air in the bedroom.
The washer/dryer were excellent. It would help if they would switch the door on the dryer to make it easier to load from the washing machine.
Nice large deck and well maintained hot tub.
We saw lots of deer and elk while staying there but we would choose someplace else for our next visit.

We loved the convenience of the house to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, and yet it still felt so private! The view of the rock wall and mountains was splendid. The house was very comfortable, and the hot tub was a favorite for relaxing after hiking. Very convenient to Lily Lake, and we enjoyed evening walks after dinner.

Great location
This is a great peaceful neighborhood for a stay in the Estes Park neighborhood. House was clean and accommodating. The only inconvenience we encountered was an out of service hot tub for one of the days of our stay due to cleaning. Would stay here again.

Great
Location, cleanliness, comfort all great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Three female elk walked through the backyard on our first night there.
Kids and adults were all very happy here and the house had everything we needed to get started on our week stay there.

Loved everything (especially the hot tub). Only downside is there is no ceiling fan in the master bedroom so the first night was a little warm until we opened windows in the house.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was spectacular. It was perfect for a family of 5 adults. Every morning we just soaked in the gorgeous views over coffee. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day under the stars. The house was clean and very cozy with 2 fireplaces which we used all the time given we are from Florida! I would definitely stay here again. It made for one of our best Christmases ever, including for my mother of 82! Absolutely fantastic.

Mother/Daughter Fall Hiking 2021
There were 8 of us staying for the long weekend. Everything was to our liking; comfort, kitchen supplies, perfect distance to town and to RMNP and coming home to the hot tub was wonderful. The views from the living and dining area plus the deck were beautiful. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing House
This house is great. It is very spacious and welcoming. Rooms are large. Furniture is comfortable. The back deck with hot tub, grill and 6 person table has great mountain views. The views are not eclipsed by any other houses.

Cheley Camp Centennial Reunion
My sister, college roommate, neice and myself all traveled to Estes Park for the Cheley Camp Centennial celebration. We were looking for a house close to the Cheley property, yet still easy to get to town. This house fit all of our needs! It was very clean, spacious, had great stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a wonderful deck for the hot tub and coffee/wine drinking. The only negatives (didn’t really bother us), you have to go thru the master to get to deck and pillows in the bedrooms were sparingly/lost their fluff (you might bring one of your own), otherwise, it was a great house & away from the busy Estes Park traffic. Deer right out the window every morning and the views of Longs are spectacular from this property!

The house had all necessary things: kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, etc., towels were plenty, appliances worked, bedding in good shape, beds were good, furniture fine, etc. It was clean and there were good basics for the week (TP, paper towels, some laundry soap, bar soap, etc). Unfortunately, one of the two showers did not fully function (hot in master bath did not work as the hot handle was stripped due to age). 8 people with one functional shower was challenging at times. Some of the windows did not fully function, and the carpeting was pretty worn and really dirty looking in places. That being said, the company was very responsive when a malfunctioning CO2 detector was squealing snd needed to be replaced. They arrived very quickly when we called which we appreciated!! They certainly wanted us to call immediately again if the new detector they provided showed any sign of concern (it did not). They young guy who came to address the situation was very polite and helpful. Overall a good week of memories, but for the price I might look more in the future.
