Nestled in Bradenton, this lovely house for $323 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The Seabreeze Cottage is your home away from home. The tropically decorated interior sets the mood for a relaxing stay. From the minute you enter, you will know you have arrived in Paradise! The true highlight of this home is the Tropical Oasis in the backyard! Featuring a large free-form pool, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and an expansive deck perfect for sunbathing! For those wanting some shade, you can enjoy the views from either the screened lanai or from under the large gazebo as you relax on the loungers sipping a cool drink. For the cook in the group, there is a gas grill available for use. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully furnished with every conceivable cooking gadget there is, allowing you to enjoy anything from a quiet lunch together to preparing a feast for your family! The Split plan layout is perfect for friends and families traveling together, everyone enjoys their personal space with plush clean bedding, exceptional pillows, TVs in every room, and free WIFI. The master bedroom features a king bed and has a slider that opens to the screened lanai. The 2 guest rooms are bright and cheerful featuring a queen bed in one and the other has a twin and when needed a slide out trundle. The 2 bathrooms are spotless and have plenty of towels for everyone, also provided are lots of beach towels. We provide all linens as well, which as you might expect, are extremely nice. Pool heating is additional 10.00 a day from April 16th to Dec 31st. Pool heating is Included in the rental rate from Jan1st to April 15th.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool wasn’t very warm even though heater was running. Plenty of pool toys, beach toys and chairs. If we come back to this area I would definitely come back here.

Thank you to the home owner and host for a great stay! We loved the location, all the amenities were a big plus, and we were so glad our dogs could enjoy this getaway with us. The pool space is fabulous and the beach is just a quick trip over the bridge. We would definitely recommend this property.

House was great. Pool was even better. My husband and i and our 2 rottweilers Yogi and Bear had such a great time we stayed another 2 days. Area was great also. Joey D's pizza is a must. Great food

I came here with two friends and overall, it was wonderful! I think prior to coming, we thought we would use the pool mostly but we surprisingly went to the beach every day and didn’t use the pool at all. With that said, the pool was well maintained and looked beautiful! I think this house would be great for a family vacation. The location is close to lots of places and easy to get to the beach and also downtown Bradenton. Tracey is super responsive and helpful! The check-in and check-out processes were super easy. The house is stocked with everything you could need for the beach. This place is well maintained, a great location, and Tracey is an awesome host!

We stayed at the Seabreeze Cottage. It was very clean and very comfortable. The pool and yard was great to relax in. This home is so close to everything that you could ever ask for. Getting to AMI took us 10 minutes. Just a great house in a great location. The host was very responsive to our texts and wanted to make our stay great. We will definitely be returning.

The Seabreeze Cottage has everything you need and more for your family vacation. It’s location is super convenient and close to everything you need. The pool is awesome and comes with loads of pool toys and floats. The only negative I can even think of is a personal preference and is that the large bedroom bed is too hard for me. So if you like softer bed you may want to bring a topper. You will enjoy this home!

We had a wonderful time here. House is great. Backyard is an oasis! Location was perfect. Close to beaches. We preferred Coquina Beach. Lot's of parking and shade in between the beach and parking lot.We enjoyed being able to bring our furr-baby, as well. Thank you for being pet-friendly :)

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. It was located perfectly for us to drive to the beach, restaurants, and skate park in AMI. We also were so close for a quick trip to multiple grocery stores and restaurants around the corner. We loved the pool area and really enjoyed all the shade and comfy chairs that were poolside. The neighborhood was perfect for us to walk our dog. The host was very responsive and accommodating as she quickly responded when we decided last minute we wanted to have the pool heated and extend our stay. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Our large family was very comfortable. The younger kids loved the pool. The olders enjoyed being able to zone out to their own shows while there. The location was great. An easy drive to the beach or to the Red Barn or the outlets or groceries and food. Everything was clean, and there were lots of beach toys and chairs and pool toys. With dinner schedules this was our one week to just relax together and it was wonderful!

Seabreeze Cottage is a very cute house with a beautiful backyard pool area. It suited our family quite well. A quick drive to the beach and fishing piers. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed our month long stay

All positive, from location to lovely home with a gorgeous backyard and pool. This was our second time here and have already booked for next year. We had the privilege of having our son and his family visit for a few days while we were here and they also fell in love with the accommodations. Many thanks to Tracey , the property manager. She never missed a beat and had all details covered on this rental property.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was better than our first time. The couch and sofa were upgraded to a nice leather two piece (not that the previous set were bad). As usual the place was spotless, things were easy to find and all was functional. My wife and I like who this home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and far away from all the hip spots for college kids on spring break. But within easy driving or Uber/Lyfte distance to grab a bite or sight see. This will definitely be another a first choice for us to reserve for our next visit. I highly recommend this place and the property manager is an absolute professional delight, who responds in a timely friendly manner.

This home was perfect for our family of four (but could easily accommodate more). Plenty of space and amenities, and the outdoor pool area was fantastic. Would definitely recommend for anyone going to the Bradenton area, and Anna Maria island was only a short car ride away.

We had another wonderful stay. The house is always spotless when we arrive and the pool was perfect temperature. In a great neighborhood only a couple blocks off Manatee Ave so you can walk to stores and restaurants if you want. At the end of 59th street is a little park, Warners Bayou, where you can try fishing if you want. We walked 4 miles a day down to the park and around the neighborhood, felt very safe. The Chop Shop is a great meat market within walking distance. There is also a Winn Dixie on the corner of 59th & Manatee for groceries. Very convenient, safe location. We will be back next year!

Everything was wonderful! They even had a wonderful surprise for us when we arrived. We come to the area every January to get a break from the cold and to visit family. This one just might need a return visit next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house for over three weeks. We had rented houses in the Tampa-Bradenton area for the past 10 years, and I must say that this was the best one in terms of service and meeting our expectations. The house was super clean when we arrived, and very well stocked in all areas (kitchen, pool chairs, beach articles, BBQ). When the pool filtration pump started to act weirdly, the host was on the the case within hours to fix the issue. Highly recommended house. Thanks Tracey.
