great spot, free coffee & water/wifi,

Ramblas is a great spot & the beds were comfy. The sofa bed was a big bonus , it has two single beds in it so was great for the 2 kids sharing.

noisy at night, single glazing does not stand up to drunken Ramblas nightlife

Perfect! Amazing value for money

The 24 hour security made us feel a lot more comfortable. Staff were so friendly and the location was perfect!

It’s cleaned only at the end of the stay, not every day.. probably I should have known before. Rooms are not as light and brilliant as in the pictures

Brilliant location, exceptional staff and facility

The breakfast at 12Euros was excellent value with great assortment with good quality products 10/10 The ALL-DAY free coffee & hot chocolate was a bonus. The dinning area was a perfect addition.

No English TV Chanel’s! Although towels can be replaced at reception any time - if you have a booking of 5 days or more, the unit should be serviced/cleaned, I think. Our toilet needed a good scrub.

A great hotel

A Great central location but quiet room with a nice outlook at the rear. Modern and for a city spacious Very nice bathroom and walk in shower Good security with ground floor doors operated by key card and security guard there at most times. Comfortable bed - had a great nights sleep So nice the dog was welcome ( even if they did charge 15 euros for the night) The reception were very helpful with a late checkout being no problem The parking was secure and much cheaper than the other car parks around We could leave the car for a full 24 hours for 25 Euros

Finding it a bit of a problem as it is on the Ramblas BUT the door is set back along an alley way In the end we parked in another car park and walked to actually find it. More and better signage would help, Google maps kept telling us we had arrived but it didn’t “ jump out “ at us.

Location Location. Good Budget Hotel.

You get a very good price for a very utilitarian hotel. This hotel was a great budget hotel.

I didn't like the fact that there was no daily room cleaning. But I heard this was the norm as explained to me by management.

Conveniently Located

Citadines Ramblas was the perfect location for my first stay in Barcelona. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Las Ramblas where we could walk out from our hotel and venture to many restaurants, activities and main attractions in the city. We were also a short taxi ride from the beaches (approximately 15 mins commute). We also loved venturing around the Gothic area, which was also a short walk from the hotel. Our hotel room was spacious for two people and included a kitchenette and a large bathroom. The staff at the Citadines were wonderful and very helpful. And I appreciated the security outside the main entrance of the hotel. Thank you!

Nothing significant. We did have issues with the vending machine; however, that wasn't a big deal for us.

Excellent stay, I'd stay there again.

I liked the size of the room and the little kitchenette. The room was nicely decorated. It's a great location on La Rambla, an easy walk to many tourist sites and it's just a few minutes from the Metro.

This is just me. As I get older I need a lot of light. I found that The room lighting was too low for me.

The location is perfect. A little bit noisy because of La Rambla, but it’s Barcelona. Comfortable room with everything necessary.

One cleaning for 6 nights. The guests have to throw the garbage themselves.

Loved our stay, would come back!

We were really impressed with this hotel - the staff were lovely and left me a really sweet gift for my baby moon. I told them ahead of time and they provided fruit juices, chocolate and a lovely teddy for the bump! The room was an excellent size, with lovely views of the town, looking out onto the sea. The staff were lovely and helped us out with everything we needed. The bathroom was nice too, with a spacious shower and loo. The location is super central, really easy to navigate to and meant we could explore the central area easily.

We thought the room would be cleaned but the cleaners visit once a week.
