Preciosa habitación cerca de la estacion de Santa Maria Novella.

Una habitación preciosa con todo tipo de detalles, tanto la decoración como el café, utensilios de aseo, etc. Perfecta para ir en pareja. Cerca de la estación de Florencia. Silencio en los pasillos y fácil check-in.

El tranvía hace bastante ruido y en nuestro caso teníamos la habitación que daba a la calle y era molesto.

Durante il mio soggiorno presso l'hotel, l'esperienza è stata eccezionale. Non mancava assolutamente nulla: la gentilezza del personale era esemplare, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità con un sorriso. La pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni era impeccabile, una vera meraviglia. L'attenzione ai dettagli e l'eccellenza del servizio rendono questo hotel superlativo. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare qui per garantirsi un'esperienza indimenticabile.

For our 2 nights stay we were happy with it!

Location was very good for us, room was nice and clean! Easy access and great communication! Quiet area , very close to train station!

Better ( is hard as the tram rides very close so if you a light sleeper can be an issue) we used ear plugs so was okay) we slept okay! Shower when you put it on the little shower the top one goes on still) annoying for me as I hate wetting my hair! Maybe a bit of milk for coffee would’ve been nice in the room!

FRAUD ALERT!!

CAUTION!! Please read before you book! 1. Before we checked in, we got a casual message from them stating the Aircon is not working. Upon calling them, they refused to relocate us / find us another hotel even though we were ready to pay any differential amount in tariff instead the lady spoke very rudely as if we were at fault for not accepting to stay without the Aircon and were told that we were free to leave. Since we did not want to compromise on our safety as we would have had to keep the windows of the room open for ventilation due to no air flow/help/information/willingness to assist was assured from the lady, we decided not to check in instead find another accommodation. But due to high season, we could not find any other accommodation that evening and were left with no option but to take the train to Bologna and check in at Mercure. 2. When we asked for a refund, she vehemently refused to refund the money. 3. Upon contacting booking.com, they agreed that the incident qualifies for a full refund but could not convince the Guest House owners to return the amount hence, they were helpless!! In view of the above, I would advise you all to be cautious while booking this place as you might fall prey to fraud as well. The whole experience and incident was absolutely harrowing, unethical and highly unprofessional. I also find booking.com responsible for this fraud and for not being able to do justice here. The only reason why this property was booked by me was because it was listed on booking.com and now I shall think twice before using this platform. I will, in any case, take this matter up with the appropriate Law authorities for further action. PS : Attached are snapshots of the conversation with the Guest House.

...in ostello ve la passate meglio!

Il fatto di potersi fare il caffè in camera.

Tutto. Camera interrata con finestra chiusa (secondo loro) ma aperta e quindi si sente il tram che passa fuori, il traffico di auto e motorini. Parcheggio introvabile dopo una certa ora. Sotto il letto sporco dato capelli, peli e ho trovato una bottiglia di plastica vuota di qualche cliente fa. Camera non insonorizzata.

Perfect stay for someone who wants to explore and stay near the station

The place was clean and had most of the facility required. It was close to the station thus making it an ideal spot for staying.

Could not meet anyone at the reception hence I was not able to get any help on how to roam around in the city.

Fabulous florence accommodation

Great modern room, huge bed, location was about a 10 min walk into the centre which is perfect to escape the high volume of visitors. 5 minute walk to train station very safe and secure. Host was very helpful. Close to restaurants and cafes. Definitely would stay again 10/10

Struttura con uno strano approccio alla pulizia

Camera insonorizzata bene

Il punteggio bassissimo alla recensione è dovuto al fatto che la struttura, dopo aver effettuato le pulizie, butta tutto nei cestini pubblici adibiti ad altro (magari a buttare la carta di un gelato). La cosa fa letteralmente pena. Nei dintorni della struttura troverete contenitori dei bagnoschiuma forniti dall'hotel nei dintorni di ogni cestino pubblico. La cosa è ancor di più aggravata dal fatto che nella stanza hanno piazzato tutta una serie di messaggi sul quanto sia importante non sprecare acqua per rispettare l'ambiente.

Pleasant stay

The room was great, quite luxuriously presented, bright and clean, comfortable bed, convenient location near the train station and not too far from the city centre. Self-checkin was easy.

Bathroom didn't have any space for toiletries neither space for drying towels. Fridge wasn't working properly, wasn't cold enough.

The worst xperience from Florence

Love your trip and your money, look for a better place. I booked 7 hotels through Booking.com to ensure a rewarding trip, however I had a terrible experience with this hotel and lost my booking money. I didn't stay in this place, I had to pay for another place, they passed on my reservation and on top of that they don't want to refund me the money for my reservation, keeping my money and giving me the loss of going to another Hotel. Firstly, they don't have a reception. Upon arrival, we had to send our documentation via whatsapp literally on the street, as they did not want to open the door and the sidewalk is very short. During this service, we even spoke on the phone, which I was treated with brutality. When we finally managed to get into a corner of the entrance, we asked to save our bagage until the room was ready. Every place has a luggage room, with security and control, but not there. They told us to leave our bags in the hallway, where people pass by and no one would keep them. I said I didn't feel safe, so they ignored me. All places offer a luggage room, where you can safely leave your bags. Finally, I was so insulted by such disrespect and disregard for us and our bags that I had to pay for another accommodation. No one deserves to stay in a place where they are treated with such ignorance and disregard. As i made a pre-payment they didn't want to reimburse me. Later they texted me asking if we were going to stay or not. I said no, probably to fill the room. Thus, they won with their brutality and disregard, as they took my payment and the payment of those who took my place. It was a horror movie, besides wasting time and money.

Amazing stay, beside train station.

Room was huge and even nicer than on website. Stayed here as was really close to train station and walking distance to the centre of Florence. Would highly recommend. The cleaning lady was lovely and very helpful when we needed it. In the evening we didn't go into centre of Florence we went to a rooftop bar close by which was lovely and not too touristy. We also found a beautiful Japanese restaurant a few mins from here, called Hoseki, would highly recommend also.

An amazing stay in Florence!

The room itself was very modern and clean! Complimentary water from the mini fridge was a great addition.

Location was very close to the train station but a little far from the main squares. So lots of walking.

A beautiful apartment that could be made so much better with human contact and better cleaners.

The property was beautifully decorated and well laid out .

when we arrived at the property resident was screaming on the phone about issues with the room. the room was not ready for our arrival time we had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaners to finish their job. When the cleaners it left there was still hair in the bathroom from the previous residence. for the full period of our stay, the air-conditioning did not work, meaning, no sleep at night On the second day, we discovered a cockroach in our room back, also the shower tray was not draining away, so we were unable to get showered . because there is no staff available at the property. It is very frustrating that you cannot get the smallest problem resolved .

There was no air conditioning. The room smelt I had booked this property over another as it had advertised a gym but there was no access and when I requested twice, no response from the allocated telephone number
