スタッフがフレンドリー。カタローニャ広場の真ん前でタクシーもすぐひろえて，ショッピングするにも良し，海辺のレストランにも散策気分で行ける。レストランに隣接するテラスと中庭も素晴らしい。朝食もオススメ。チュロスのチョコレートソースは忘れられない味です。

would recomend this hotel for location and amazing staff

The location and staff at hotel are amazing., we even had a bottle of fizz in the room as courtesy of the hotel.

our room was on the top floor, amazing view of Placa Catalunya. However, the room had no balcony and you could not open the window at all, which made the room quite stuffy. I would have liked an outside balcony, of which the rooms appeared to have on the next level down. There was an issue arriving back to the hotel after 11.00pm, we had to ring a bell and wait for someone to let us in. It would have been better if the room key gave you access to the external gate.

Great experience, we definitely come back

We were very happy with our stay here. The location is perfect to explore the city as one can easily walk to most places. Public transport connections are also just outside of the door. The breakfast was excellent. Furthermore, the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Xavier who greeted us and noticed that my girlfriend's birthday was 1 day ago and organized a small surprise in our room.

Superb

The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Alejandaro was very courtious and has ensured our stay was comfortable. Also the location of the hotel was the best, besides Ramlah, pl clatunaya station and most importantly very close to the some of the best Indian restaurants.

The staff, quality of accommodation and location were really excellent. The staff are a real credit to the hotel which is an absolute gem and a real find - you will not be disappointed !

Lovely accommodations, Excellent, friendly staff who consistently went above & beyond expectations.

I was kindly upgraded to a superior room with a balcony. I loved having the balcony and spent a good deal of my quiet time there overlooking the plaza. I enjoyed the daily breakfast. In particular one of the servers, I believe his name was Marcio (sp?) was extremely Helpful and attentive. I noticed he was this way with all of the guests and should be commended for his work performance.

My only comment t would be to offer a better work Space in the guest room. I would have preferred a regular desk, desk chair and lighting.
